I am doing some research and could really use your various educated opinions on The Steele Foundation, a ârisk management companyâwith offices in San Francisco, New York, London, Mexico City, Riyadh, and New Delhi. Could someone cut through the corporate-speak and tell me what they do, how good they are at it, and what sort of reputation they have? These people seem to be heavily involved in Iraqi business ventures. Thank you in advance.

SM- Steele Foundation is well known (and respected)in the Executive Protection arena. They do have a website and another source of knowledge would be the TacticalForums.com site. I have never worked with them but in this community reputation is everything. Hope this helps.

Thank you BB. Nice Burning Man picture you got there, Shoboater; I was at that one.

Well, so much for any criticism about Rantburgers taking themselves too seriously.
PS: Re the photo. The miles of flatter-than-piss-on-a-plate alkalai salt pan are a dead giveaway that you are looking at Black Rock City. Print this out and burn it when you are done reading.
A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
