Head of the Directorate Alam Gul Haqqani said that the decision was made by the ministry of interior affairs in order to further facilitate the process for those who apply for passports.
Alam Gul Haqqani said that priority will be given to those who have already filled online form for the passports.
"The passports will be issued based on the e-ID or the previous IDs that are verified officially. The rumors about lack of passport are not true." Said Haqqani.
Haqqani added that there are 900,000 passports in the directorate, 600,000 passports with the company responsible for their printing, one million passports are in the process of printing, and one and a half million more are going to be printed.
The decision will gradually lessen the crowd of thousands of people who gather from across the country at the gate of the Passport Directorate in Kabul.

5. Since some units refused to retreat, they were directly threatened with UAE Air Force airstrikes if they did not obey orders and began to retreat to Mokha.

Speaking to journalists ahead of the Dubai Airshow, Lt. Gen. Gregory Guillot acknowledged that presence ``could adjust`` after the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in August. The American military now considers Israel as falling under US Central Command due to the recent recognition deals. Bahrain and the UAE just conducted a joint drill with the US Navy and Israel in the Red Sea.
Guillot said air drills with Israel and those nations could happen as well.

The newspaper said that US Central Command, which oversaw US air operations in Syria, acknowledged the strikes for the first time this week and said they were justified.
The US military covered up 2019 airstrikes in Syria that killed up to 64 women and children, a possible war crime, during the battle against Islamic State, the New York Times reported on Saturday.
The two back-to-back airstrikes near the town of Baghuz were ordered by a classified American special operations unit tasked with ground operations in Syria, according to the report.
The newspaper said that US Central Command, which oversaw US air operations in Syria, acknowledged the strikes for the first time this week and said they were justified.
In a statement on Saturday, Central Command reiterated the account it gave the newspaper that 80 people were killed in the strikes including 16 Islamic State fighters and four civilians. The military said it was unclear if the other 60 people were civilians, partly because women and children could have been combatants.
In Saturday's statement, the military said the strikes were "legitimate self-defense," proportional and that "appropriate steps were taken to rule out the presence of civilians."
"We abhor the loss of innocent life and take all possible measures to prevent them. In this case, we self-reported and investigated the strike according to our own evidence and take full responsibility for the unintended loss of life," Central Command said.
The number of civilians among the 60 fatalities could not be determined because "multiple armed women and at least one armed child were observed" in video of the events, it said, adding that the majority of the 60 were likely combatants.
Central Command said the strikes took place while Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) were under heavy fire and in danger of being overrun and the SDF had reported the area clear of civilians.
The Defense Department's inspector general launched an inquiry into the March 18, 2019, incident, but its report was ultimately "stripped" of any mention of the bombing and a thorough, independent probe never took place, according to the Times. The newspaper said its report was based on confidential documents and descriptions of classified reports, as well as interviews with personnel directly involved.
An Air Force JAG-OFF lawyer present in the operations center at the time believed the strikes were possible war crimes and later alerted the Defense Department's inspector general and the Senate Armed Services Committee when no action was taken, the Times said.

19 people have been arrested over a massive brawl which broke out at Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba on Sunday.
A mass brawl broke out on Sunday night between the Talalka and Alexasi families at Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba, during which gunfire was heard outside the gates of the hospital. Four were injured and required medical treatment, two were injured by stab wounds and two were injured by hits. All the injured are in mild condition and were transferred for treatment. After about an hour, order was returned to the area.
Young people were seen throwing stones and hitting each other, near a municipal security vehicle. Police forces are working at the scene to restore order, arrested 19 suspects and opened an investigation into the incident. The commander of the Beersheba police station, Tiran Yehud, stated: "We take the incident of violence in a hospital seriously and the investigation will be serious as well."
Dr. Shlomi Kodesh, director of Soroka Medical Center, said that "we condemn and are concerned about this showing of severe violence that has taken place in the area of the medical center. This crosses a red line and we demand that vigorous actions be taken to maintain peace in the hospital and for its staff. "
Shimon Tuval, deputy mayor of Beersheba stated that "What's going on here is madness. Not only did we lose Beersheba, we lost the whole country. Shots in a hospital are a red line that cannot be crossed."
Pini Badash, head of the Omar local council, warned that "shooting in hospitals is the peak of the lack of governance in the Negev. We must recover and fast."
The Negev Rescue Committee stated that "another line has been crossed in the framework of criminal terrorism. The residents of the city of Beersheba are hostage to terrorism that washes over Ben-Gurion's vision. Shooting inside a humanitarian facility crosses a red line."

[Rudaw] Private Syrian carrier Cham Wings Airlines on Saturday halted flights to Minsk as hundreds of migrants colonists mostly from the Middle East remained trapped on the Belarus-Poland border.
"Due to the difficult situation on the Belarus-Poland border and because most of the travellers on our flights to Minsk are Syrian citizens... we have decided to halt our flights to Minsk" as of Saturday, the airline said in a statement.
Cham Wings said it took the decision "because we cannot differentiate between travellers and migrants colonists".
The announcement came hours after Polish police said that the body of a young Syrian man had been found in a forest close to the border between Poland and Belarus.
"The cause of the death could not be determined at the scene," the police said, adding that a group of around 100 migrants colonists had attempted to cross the border during the night in the same area.
Thousands of migrants colonists -- mainly from the Middle East and including Kurds and Syrians -- have crossed or attempted to cross the EU and NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It's headquartered in Belgium. That sez it all.... border since the summer.
The crisis escalated this week when larger groups of hundreds of migrants colonists began arriving at the border and attempting to get through.
Poland is refusing to allow them to cross, with the West accusing Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko of luring them into his country to send over the border in Dire Revenge for sanctions.
On Friday, Iraq said it was drawing up lists of its nationals blocked on the border who wish to be repatriated voluntarily.
Iraqi Airways indefinitely suspended its service between Baghdad and Minsk in August, airline front man Hussein Jalil said.
In recent weeks, would-be migrants colonists have been forced to fly through third countries, usually The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... , to reach Belarus.
But on Friday, Turkey banned citizens of Syria, Iraq and Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... from flying from its airports to Belarus because of the refugee crisis.
Cham Wings is the only Syrian airline that flies to the Belarusian capital, Minsk.

This came in a statement by the General Command of Asayish following a killing incident of two residents of the camp one of which was head of the Iraqi Council for Refugees, yesterday, by an Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Hawl Camp is known as a "ticking time bomb" due to the presence of turbans of ISIS wives and children, and tens of thousands of their supporters in a camp sometimes described as "the most dangerous camp in the world."
"An ISIS sleeper cell attacked the reception department within the camp at 03:30 AM on Friday," the statement said.
The attack that was carried out via light weapons "killed two residents of the camp who were in the reception department," it added.
"Our forces started a broad-scale and accurate investigation in order to arrest members of the sleeper cell," the statement noted.
The Hawl Camp has witnessed many killing incidents, during the current year, most of them were carried out via silencer weapons.
Since early 2021, 90 killing incidents were recorded in the camp most of them were carried out against Iraqi refugees.
The Hawl Camp is house of about 15,650 families with total of 57,516 individuals including 8,049 Iraqi families and 5,153 Syrian ones.
Additionally, it includes about 2,448 families with an estimate o8,245 individuals including women and kiddies of detained and dead of foreign ISIS Death Eaters.
