Why Are Flights Carrying Back Syrian Mercenaries From Libya Being Cancelled?
[LibyaReview] The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said that the return of a batch of 140 Syrian mercenaries from Libya has been cancelled.

This decision has ignited a state of discontent among the fighters who were supposed to return to Syria on 25 January, when their return was also canceled at that time. This is the second cancellation in two weeks, of the repatriation of Syrian fighters from Libya.

On Monday, SOHR reported that a new batch of nearly 140 fighters in Libya was expected to leave to Syria via The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...Qatar's satrapy in Asia Minor...
, while a similar batch was prepared to leave Syria to Libya, via Turkey. The Observatory stressed that these mercenaries are not being withdrawn, as stipulated by Libya’s October ceasefire agreement, but rather they are merely being replaced by other fighters.

Minnesota Governor Calls In National Guard Ahead Of Trial Over George Floyd’s Death
Now that Donald Trump is gone, there’s no payoff in Resisting. It’s safe to do all the things that government is actually supposed to do, and that they screamed proved he was a fascist when President Trump suggested they do so. Thus, the Minnesota National Guard to control the idiots from Antifa/BLM.
[DailyWire] Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz activated the National Guard ahead of the trial of one of the ex-coppers charged over the death of George Floyd.

Walz issued an executive order on Friday calling in the National Guard to Minnesota’s "Twin Cities," Minneapolis and St. Paul, to handle expected demonstrations and potential unrest. The trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin is scheduled to start in March.

"The upcoming trials of the former officers involved in the death of George Floyd have raised the potential of civil unrest in the Cities of Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and nearby communities," Walz said in his order. "The Mayors of Minneapolis and Saint Paul have requested assistance from the State, including the Minnesota National Guard, to support public safety and security and to prevent or respond to potential civil unrest. In addition to other state resources, the National Guard can supplement local law enforcement efforts to keep the peace, ensure public safety, and allow for peaceful demonstrations."

Chauvin, one of four former officers charged in Floyd’s death, is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. The three other former officers are scheduled to stand trial in the summer in order to cut down on congestion in the court room and to abide by coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
protocols.

Floyd’s death ignited protests and riots that rocked U.S. cities for months afterward as thousands of people marched in streets, set fire to police buildings, destroyed property, and looted stores. In the most extreme cases, individuals were hurt or killed. Retired St. Louis police captain David Dorn, for example, died defending a local business from being robbed amid a riot there.

Minnesota Department of Public Safety Commissioner John Harrington said on Wednesday that he has rarely seen the marshaling of local, state, and federal resources to keep the peace to such an extent as for the upcoming trial, according to Minnesota’s Star Tribune.

"It’s never happened in my 40-plus-year career where we’ve had to pull together this kind of multi-jurisdictional effort to keep the peace. This is an exceptional time," Harrington said.

The other three officers facing trial after Chauvin have been charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Prosecutors say that the ex-officers’ methods of restraining Floyd during his arrest led to his death. In video of the arrest, Chauvin can be seen allegedly placing his knee on Floyd’s neck and shoulders for roughly nine minutes.

Floyd’s toxicology report found methamphetamines and fentanyl in his system. Chief Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker, an independent medical examiner who performed an autopsy on Floyd, said that evidence suggests that Floyd died of a drug overdose, according to court documents.

The medical examiner concluded that Floyd’s death was a homicide, however.

So a Liberal Socialist Democrat Governor finally will use the National Guard to protect it citizens from Rioters? What has changed????

Oh that's right... Trump is not in office... and Harris, Nancy and Chucky are running the Coup now.

A lot of citizen (both sides) sure could have used the NG's a lot in 2019-2020 in all those Liberal Socialist Democrat States where the Destructive RIOTERS. LOOTERS and ARSONISTS were allowed 170+ days for do as they wish to help the Coup proceed.

But I guess POLITICS to them takes precedent over everything else.

India-Pakistan
AJK remembers Shaheed Afzal Guru on martyrdom anniversary
[DailyTimes.pk] The 8th martyrdom anniversary of illustrious young Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
freedom struggle leader Shaheed Afzal Guru was observed across Azad Jammu & Kashmir on Tuesday with due solemnity and reverence.

The valiant Kashmir freedom struggle leader Dr. Afzal Guru had been put to gallows this day eight years ago in 2013 in New Delhi’s notorious Tihar Jail in a fake charge of attack on the Indian Parliament.

Special ceremonies to pay rich tributes to the eminent hero of the Kashmir freedom struggle were held in various AJK district headquarters including the State’s metropolis

AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider paid rich tributes to Shaheed Kashmiri freedom fighter in a statement on the eve of his 8th martyrdom anniversary. He declared the sad demise of Afzal Guru as judicial killing and worst violation of human rights
One man's rights are another man's existential threat.
at the hands of fascist
...anybody you disagree with, damn them...
India and her occupational forces in internationally acknowledged Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu Kashmir State.

Haider paid glowing tributes to the Kashmiri leaders, Muhammad Maqbool Butt and Muhammad Afzal Guru, on their martyrdom anniversaries being observed on February 11 and February 9. Visiting Chairman of UK-based Kashmiris rights outfit Global Pakistain Kashmir Supreme Council (GPKSC) Raja Sikander Khan said paid rich tributes of shaheed Afzal Guroo and Maqbool Butt that the martyrdoms were an inseparable part of the ongoing Kashmir liberation movement. Speaking at a condolence reference held here Tuesday under the auspices of his organization to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed Afzal Guroo, he termed the hangings of Muhammad Maqbool Butt and Muhammad Afzal Guru as judicial murders.

He said that India did not fulfill legal requirements while executing the two great heroes of the Kashmir freedom struggle.

Punjab, Balochistan to share banned militant outfits’ data
[Dawn] In a marathon meeting here on Monday the counter terrorism departments of Punjab
1.) Little Orphan Annie's bodyguard
2.) A province of Pakistain ruled by one of the Sharif brothers
3.) A province of India. It is majority (60 percent) Sikh and Hindoo (37 percent), which means it has relatively few Moslem riots....

and Balochistan
...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it...
agreed to share ’secret data and intelligence’ of various banned bully boy organizations and networks operating in Punjab.

Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan, accompanied by the province’s Inspector General of Police Rai Tahir, visited the Punjab CTD headquarters here on Monday and held a meeting with its head, DIG Jawwad Qamar and other senior coppers.

During the meeting, both sides also agreed to impart training to the officers of the Balochistan CTD to make the province a safer place for its people as the department had busted various bully boy networks in Punjab where militancy was rampant some years back.

An official privy to the development told Dawn, CTD DIG Jawwad Qamar shared with the visiting delegation the ’success story’ of the department in Punjab, particularly under Mr Rai.

He told Mr Kamal that Punjab had almost been cleared of local terrorist outfit.

"There has been no incident of sectarian terrorism in Punjab in the last four years," he said, adding that in the year 2020 no suicide kaboom was reported and it was a landmark after 13 years of militancy wave in Pakistain, particularly in Punjab.

"Punjab has reported a 14 times decrease in terrorism incidents in 2020 as compared to the figures of 2014", Mr Jawaad told the meeting.
No doubt all the incidents involving the same individuals have been reclassified as gang-related activity.
He said the Punjab CTD had so far arrested 2,000 hardcore faceless myrmidons in the last five years and of them 65 percent had been convicted by the anti-terrorism courts (ATCs).
The process is the punishment, right?
He also briefed the Balochistan CM that the hate speech had been a prime source of sectarian violence and a big challenge for the Punjab CTD.

"We curbed hate speech by blocking 4,000 social media sites and pages through the Pakistain Telecommunication Authority", Mr Qamar told the meeting.

He also briefed the Balochistan chief minister about the structure and functions of Punjab CTD.

The official said the CM appreciated achievements in controlling militancy and sectarianism in Punjab and resolved to strengthen the CTD in Balochistan on the same lines.

Pak-Afghan border fencing work reviewed
[Dawn] Pakistain has completed 182km of the 213km-long fence at the Afghan border and work on the remaining 31km fence is expected to complete till April, a bigwig told the meeting of civil and military officials here on Tuesday.

The meeting, which was presided over by Balochistan
...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it...
Home Minister Ziaullah Langove, discussed the ongoing border-fencing project, land settlement due to border fencing between the two countries and the overall law and order situation.

With the completion of the border fencing work, which was expected by April, the legal crossing between Pakistain and Afghanistan would increase manifold,
... a real word, but adorably not quite the right one for this situation...
the bigwig said, expressing the hope that it would also have a positive impact on the economy of the neighbouring countries and create jobs opportunities for the residents of the border areas.

The meeting was also briefed about steps being taken in the wake of bilateral negotiations with the Afghan government and desires of the tribal elders regarding land settlement issues. The participants were told that the federal government was erecting fence at the Pak-Afghan border to curb terrorism and maintain law and order in the border and other areas of Balochistan.

Also, the officials reviewed the implementation of the decisions taken in the previous two meetings and suggested further steps for progress on the issues related to the border fencing.

The home minister directed the district administration and the Board of Revenue to submit their reports as soon as possible for resolving the land settlement issues amicably.

He said the border fencing helped Pakistain foil many terrorist plots.

Senator Manzoor Kakar, retired Capt Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Hafiz Abdul Majid, Quetta Commissioner Asfandyar Kakar, Quetta DIG M. Akram Azhar, Chaman Scouts Commandant Colonel M. Rashid and Qila Abdullah Deputy Commissioner Tariq Javed Mengal attended the meeting.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
IAEA: Iran has started producing uranium metal, in violation of nuke deal
[IsraelTimes] Material can be used as component in nuclear weapons; European foreign ministers have warned move has ’grave military implications’.

The UN’s atomic agency says Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
has produced a small amount of uranium metal at a facility in Isfahan, in a further violation of the 2015 nuclear deal, according to a Wednesday report.

The Wall Street Journal said Iran started making the material on Monday, citing a confidential report of the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency.

Uranium metal can be used as a component in nuclear weapons. Iran had signed up to a 15-year ban on "producing or acquiring plutonium or uranium metals or their alloys" under the so-called Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) signed in 2015 with world powers.

Iran previously told the UN nuclear watchdog that it was advancing research on uranium metal production, saying it is aimed at providing advanced fuel for a research reactor in Tehran.

In a joint statement last month, European foreign ministers warned there was no credible civilian use for the material.

"The production of uranium metal has potentially grave military implications," said the foreign ministers of Britannia, La Belle France and Germany.

"We strongly urge Iran to halt this activity, and return to compliance with its JCPOA commitments without further delay if it is serious about preserving the deal," said the ministers.

The head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, Ali Akbar Salehi, said Monday that the country was producing almost 500 grams of uranium enriched to 20 percent purity a day, after beginning to do so earlier this year in breach of the 2015 nuclear accord.

Uranium enriched to 20% is a short technical step away from weapons-grade 90% enrichment. The foreign ministers of the European signatories to the deal — Germany, La Belle France and Britannia — warned the Iranian activity "has no credible civil justification" and have called on Tehran to adhere to the accord.

A decision to begin enriching to 20% purity a decade ago nearly triggered an Israeli strike targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities. The tensions only abated with the 2015 deal, which saw Iran limit its enrichment in exchange for the lifting of economic sanctions.
