[Ariana News] The Ministry of Repatriation and Refugees (MoRR) says in the past week, more than 10,000 Afghan migrants colonists returned to the country from neighboring countries.
And it might even be true... or at least that some people straggled up to the border
Abdul Mutalib Haqqani, front man for the MoRR, said Thursday that most of the returnees were those who traveled illegally to neighboring countries.
"This ministry has good plans for the returnees who do not have shelter," said Mutalib.
At the same time, the ministry asked the neighboring countries to treat Afghan immigrants colonists appropriately and according to international laws.
In the past few months, some countries have reportedly treated Afghan immigrants colonists inappropriately and forcibly deported them to Afghanistan.
MoRR meanwhile stated that more than 90,000 people have returned to the country since the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan came to power in August last year.

The students who are participating in these programs said that they will reach out for education in any possible way.
The radio stations that are broadcasting these programs said they are trying to increase education opportunities for the female students.
Bigam radio station is one participant in the program, and broadcasts lessons for around six hours every day.
"We aimed to establish a substitute for school lessons that are closed for girls currently so the girls can take advantage of it and can use this opportunity," said Saba Chaman, head of the radio station.
Arman radio stations broadcast school lessons for grades 7-12 for around one hour per day.
"We have tried to establish a program and an environment for these students who are physically away from education," said a teacher at Arman radio station.
[Breitbart] Czech police fired warning shots in the air before detaining the driver of a van carrying 15 migrants Thursday morning after the Czech Republic and Austria renewed checks at the border with Slovakia amid a new wave of migration.
Czech police reported traffic delays, especially for trucks, after the measure became effective on Thursday at 27 border crossings, while the Austrian authorities enforced it at 11 crossings.
The checks will be initially in place for 10 days.
Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia all belong to the European Union´s visa-free Schengen zone, where residents of member nations typically can cross borders without presenting passports or visas. Schengen countries have adopted temporary border controls in the past for various reasons, including to curb illegal migration and to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
In the first eight hours of the checks, the Czech police said some 120 illegal migrants, including the 15 in the van, were detained on Czech territory, together with nine human smugglers.
“The goal isn´t to complicate the lives of the Czech and Slovak citizens,” Czech Interior Minister Vit Rakusan said after midnight at a border crossing. “The goal is only to make it clear to the groups of smugglers, who are the real criminals … that they have a barrier at the border.”
He spoke after Slovakia´s Prime Minister Eduard Heger criticized the move of its neighbor. Until 1992, they were one country, Czechoslovakia.
Rakusan said Czech officials will negotiate further steps with the authorities from other European countries. He said the Czech Republic, which currently holds the rotating EU presidency “will do the maximum to find a Europe-wide solution.”
Slovakia wants to help enforce the outer Schengen border between Hungary and Serbia to curb the flow of migrants. Interior Minister Roman Mikulec said if the talks with neighboring countries don´t result in a solution, his country will also launch border checks.
After Russia invaded Ukraine, the Czech Republic accepted some 430,000 Ukrainian refugees but Rakusan said the latest measure is dealing with illegal migration.
The Interior Ministry said the checks were necessary after authorities detained almost 12,000 migrants on Czech territory this year, most of them from Syria. That is more than the 8,500 seen during the previous massive migration wave in Europe in 2015, when the Czech Republic was not on the main route. Some 125 human smugglers have been arrested this year, a significant increase compared with the previous years.
The ministry said that the migrants have been using the Czech Republic as a transit country on their way mostly from Turkey to the West and don´t apply for asylum in the country.
Rakusan said that after his talks with German officials, “there´s, of course a threat” that neighboring Germany, a key trade partner for his country, will also start checks on the border with the Czech Republic.
“We do all we can to prevent that,” he said.
The Czech Republic, together with Hungary and Poland, refused to comply with a refugee quota program launched by the EU after well over a million migrants entered the bloc in 2015, most fleeing war in Syria and Iraq.

The re-emergence of terrorism in Afghanistan, according to Zahra Ershadi, ambassador and deputy permanent representative of Iran to the UN, poses a threat to both regional and international security.
The Iranian official placed a strong emphasis on fighting terrorism and stated during the UN Security Council meeting that the Taliban must uphold its commitment to this cause.
She also highlighted that the Taliban should ensure the security of the diplomatic places in Afghanistan, emphasizing that Afghanistan should not once again become a sanctuary for international terrorist groups.

[NPASYRIA] Ottoman Turkish is not a global language, its class periods reduce those of Arabic and English, and there are no enough qualified teachers to teach it, a teacher from the city of Azaz in northern Aleppo said on Wednesday.
Mehsen al-Jamil, 35, a pseudonym for an Arabic language teacher in Azaz Education Center, affiliated with Ottoman Turkish-backed opposition, wondered about the benefits implied in learning Ottoman Turkish language after it was made one of the basic subjects to be taught at schools in areas under the control of the Ottoman Turkish forces and the affiliated armed factions, known as Syrian National Army (SNA).
Since July 2012, the city of Azaz and its countryside are under the control of The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... and its affiliated opposition factions of the Syrian National Army (SNA).
Al-Jamil counted demerits of the Ottoman Turkish language in the region, "It is not a global language, the class periods assigned to Ottoman Turkish reduces those given to English, the first widely spoken language, and eventually reduces the ones assigned to Arabic," al- Jamil told North Press.
In addition, the cadres are unqualified to teach the language, "Education directorates recruit unqualified teachers for Ottoman Turkish the matter creates a gap between teachers and students. At the end of the day, this impinges upon education as a whole," the teacher said.
Since it controlled it, Turkey has always sought to control service, educational and medical arenas within its project to subjugate these areas under the pretext of protecting its southern borders.
Making Ottoman Turkish a compulsory subject at schools, is one of the tools by which Turkey seeks Turkification of the region and to subject it.

In the academic year 2017-2018, Turkey inserted Ottoman Turkish into curricula in basic and secondary stages as a first step in the demographic change process already taking place and the Turkification policy applied in areas it occupies.
Mamoun Mansour, a pseudonym for a teacher in Azaz said, adding a new curricula resonating English and Arabic, the main teaching language and the mother tongue of the Syrian people, is "improper".
Mamoun added that holds the students much burdens and makes them absentminded as they are obliged to learn [more] languages."
Since Ottoman Turkish is being taught at schools at the time being, Mansour called for assigning Ottoman Turkish teachers to assume the job, "That is better to recruit unqualified teachers that do not understand nor articulate it properly. Then they will teach it improperly that could create more complications."
Bushra al-Saleh, 30, a pseudonym for a Ottoman Turkish language teacher in the Azaz Education Directorate said, "The students’ desire to learn Ottoman Turkish has become an imposition in order to continue their study."
However, some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them... the Ottoman Turkish impinged upon students, according to Bushra, because it has become a failed course as Arabic though it is a third language after Arabic the mother tongue and English, the world’s first spoken one.
Though Ottoman Turkish language has become compulsory, al-Saleh expressed her belief that "It ought to be a cultural language and to be chosen by students instead of imposing it."
