Afghanistan
Govt Still Refuses to Release Hundreds of Names on Taliban List
[ToloNews] The Afghan government on Monday once again stated it's firm stance of not releasing nearly 600 Taliban
...Arabic for students...
prisoners who are reportedly guilty of serious crimes beyond membership in the Taliban. The government called on the group to not request specific individuals for release.

The intra-Afghan negotiations were expected to begin within weeks after the US-Taliban deal was signed late in February, but the process faced multiple delays over disagreements on the release of Taliban prisoners by the Afghan government.

"The US has agreed with the Taliban about the release of 5,000 prisoners... We do not expect the Taliban to tell us who should be released," presidential front man Sediq Sediqqi told news hounds in Kabul on Monday.

Meanwhile,
...back at the laboratory the smoke and fumes had dispersed, to reveal an ominous sight...
former US national security adviser John Bolton has said that Taliban is not committed to the agreement they signed with the US.

"I think the Taliban remain as dangerous as they have ever been. I don’t think they’re going to follow through on the peace deal that they have negotiated. I don’t think they have any intention of honoring that with respect to the government of Afghanistan and I think the harboring of turbans whether they’re ISIS, al-Qaeda or others remains a severe problem," Bolton said in an interview with DD India TV.

Taliban front man, however, rejected the remarks and said the group is committed to implementing the peace deal.

Based on the agreement, the group has committed to not attack cities. On Monday, Taliban launched attacks on the outskirts of the northern city of Pul-e-Khumri, closing the main highway to traffic.

Sources close to the Taliban said the release of key Taliban prisoners — on which the Afghan government has disagreements — will help the start of the intra-Afghan negotiations.

"The release of prisoners not only creates an environment of trust, but it also helps the start of the intra-Afghan negotiations," said Faiz Mohammad Zaland, a university lecturer.

On Sunday, the Afghan government revealed that one of the main reasons behind the delay in the intra-Afghan negotiations was its refusal to release 597 prisoners out of the 5,000 inmates that were to be freed as part of the US-Taliban agreement signed in late February.

These individuals are accused of serious "moral crimes," and are on a list that was given to the government by the Taliban, said Ahmad Rashid Totakhil, who heads up the prisoner release process.

According to the Afghan government, so far 4,015 Taliban prisoners have been released and the process will continue this week.

Saudi Arabia Pledges to Build 100 Schools in Afghanistan
Goodness knows they can use more of those.
[ToloNews] Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
has pledged funding for 35 development projects, including the construction of 100 schools, in Afghanistan, according to a statement from the Saudi Arabian embassy in Kabul. Work on these projects will begin in the near future, the embassy said.

The pledge has been made by Jassim Alkhaldi, ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Kabul, in a meeting with Afghanistan's Senate Speaker Fazl Hadi Moslemyar.

The construction of an international Islamic university in Nangarhar
The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country..
, a $30 million investment for the construction of a hospital in Kabul and $200 million of Saudi royal assistance to Afghanistan’s health sector are other commitments made by Saudi Arabia to Afghanistan, according to the embassy.

The Afghan government welcomed the pledge by Saudi Arabia, calling it one of the "good partners of Afghanistan."

"It includes the construction of a 100-bed hospital and an Islamic university in Nangarhar," presidential front man Sediq Sediqqi told news hounds in Kabul on Monday, referring to the assistance by Saudi Arabia.

The aid package by Saudi Arabia is one of the biggest pledges made by Saudi Arabia to Afghanistan in recent years.

"Saudi Arabia is one of the allies of the people and the government of Afghanistan that has assisted us with hundreds of millions of dollars in recent years," said Shamroz Khan Masjidi, a front man for Ministry of Finance.

Indiana Bishop Suspends Priest for Criticizing Black Lives Matter
[BREITBART] The bishop of Lafayette, Indiana, has suspended a priest from public ministry for penning an essay saying that Black Lives Matter had betrayed the civil rights legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and Frederick Douglass.

Last week, Lafayette Bishop Timothy Doherty suspended Father Theodore Rothrock, the pastor of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic parish "in the wake of Father Rothrock’s June 28 bulletin article" noting that even if he is eventually allowed to continue in priestly ministry "he will no longer be assigned as Pastor of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel" for his next mission.

In his article, Father Rothrock acknowledged that the "brutal murder of a black man in police custody has sparked a landslide of reaction to the alleged systemic racism in America" but the anger has been coopted by violent mostly peaceful Antifa
...the armed wing of the Democratic Party...
groups that have no real interest in the black community.

"Anyone currently doing business with Amazon could not help but notice the prominent banner headline from the internet giant touting their proud support for ’Black Lives Matter,’" he said. "But do those black lives really matter to the community organizers promoting their agenda? Is ’Antifa’ concerned with the defeat of fascist

right-wing nationalism or more interested in the establishment of left-wing global socialism?"

UN expert: US drone strike which killed Iran's Soleimani was 'unlawful'
[JPost] - The January US drone strike in Iraq that killed top Iranian general Qasem Soleimani and nine other people represented a violation of international law, a UN human rights investigator said on Monday.

The United States has failed to provide sufficient evidence of an ongoing or imminent attack against its interests to justify the strike on Soleimani's convoy as it left Baghdad airport, said Agnes Callamard, UN special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions.

The attack violated the UN Charter, Callamard wrote in a report calling for accountability for targeted killings by armed drones and for greater regulation of the weapons.

"The world is at a critical time, and possible tipping point, when it comes to the use of drones. ... The Security Council is missing in action; the international community, willingly or not, stands largely silent," Callamard, an independent investigator, told Reuters.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Fearing Israeli sanctions, banks refuse to pay out Palestinian terror stipends
[IsraelTimes] Military decree set to take effect, applying anti-terror law to West Bank and holding banks liable for PA payments to attackers and their families.

Four banks are again refusing to dispense stipends that the Paleostine Liberation Organization pays to convicted terrorists, ostensibly for fear of Israeli sanctions that go into effect in mid-July, according to a Monday press statement put out by the Paleostinian Authority’s official news agency, WAFA.

The statement, which was republished by many Paleostinian news outlets, did not name the four banks. One banks that was previously said to have taken a similar measure in May is the Jordan-based Cairo Amman Bank.

Paleostinian Prisoners’ Affairs Commission director Qadri Abu Bakr was quoted as saying he was demanding that the banks pay the stipends, adding that the banks were violating the instructions of the Paleostinian Authority government.

The refusal to dispense the money came after two months in which the Paleostinian Authority has been unable to pay any of its employees due to a massive fiscal crisis.

The Israeli government has long decried the tens of millions of dollars the PLO pays every year to Paleostinians convicted of terrorism and to families of dead assailants, which Israel says encourages terror attacks by offering a direct incentive to carry them out.

After an Israeli military edict that criminalized PA government funding for convicted terrorists, several banks closed or froze prisoners’ accounts in the West Bank and Jordan in early May. Abu Bakr later announced that the salaries had been dispensed, and Israel’s Kan public broadcaster reported that Defense Minister Benny Gantz had suspended the implementation of the edict until mid-July.

Abu Bakr also said at the time that efforts were being made to create a financial institution directly controlled by the PLO to handle the prisoners’ accounts, rather than placing them in private banks. This measure, Abu Bakr indicated, would allow them to skirt Israeli sanctions.

Ramallah has vowed to continue the payments, describing them as a form of social welfare and compensation for what it claims is an unfair military justice system.

The military order, signed in February, applies substantial parts of Israel’s anti-terror law to the West Bank. The law states that any person or body handing financial aid to anyone, with the purpose being to facilitate, advance, fund or reward terror-related offenses, is committing a crime that carries a punishment of up to 10 years in prison and a fine.

Israel has previously deducted the presumed total worth of the stipends from tax revenues it collects on behalf of the PA, prompting a long standoff with Ramallah.

There are 13 banks operating in the West Bank areas ruled by the Paleostinian Authority. Seven of them are Paleostinian-owned, five are Jordanian and one is Egyptian.

Israel detonated ‘powerful bomb’ at Iranian nuclear facility: NYT
A little more on this story from yesterday.
[ALMASDARNEWS] In a report released by the New York Times

...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

, the publication alleges that the Israel is responsible for the earth-shattering kaboom at the Iranian nuclear facility last Thursday.Citing an unnamed "Middle East intelligence official", the report said the earth-shattering kaboom was caused by a "powerful bomb" that exploded at the Natanz nuclear facility in Iran.

According to the report, however, this explosion was not connected with the two other blasts that rocked the Islamic Theocratic Republic last week.

The publication also cited a member of the the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), who allegedly confirmed the blast at the Natanz nuclear facility.

The IRGC source said Iranian officials "have considered the possibility" that "a cruise missile or a drone" was used to attack Natanz, but saw a bomb scenario as more likely.

"The episode will probably accelerate plans to move more of Iran’s most sensitive facilities underground", the IRGC member reportedly said.

Iranian officials said the nuclear facility was damaged during the earth-shattering kaboom, but they affirmed that none of the substances at the site have polluted the air.

While some reports have claimed Israel was behind this explosion at the Natanz nuclear facility, the Iranian authorities have yet to reveal the cause of the blast.

US ambassador sends stern message to Lebanese PM: report
[ALMASDARNEWS] A Lebanese newspaper revealed on Monday that the U.S.ambassador to Leb
...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
, Dorothy Shea, sent a stern message to Lebanese Prime Minister, Hassan Diab, with the aim of implementing what the U.S. government wants from him personally.

According to al-Akhbar, quoting private sources, the American ambassador sent to the Prime Minister of Lebanon, through mutual acquaintances, strong-worded messages accusing him of implementing the Hezbollah agenda in the government.

The newspaper pointed out through its sources that these messages have increased in frequency, especially after information about the possibility of Lebanon opening up economically to cooperation with Iraq, and to accepting Chinese investments.

Al-Akhbar confirmed that the Lebanese Prime Minister ignored Shea’s messages and refuses to answer them.

According to their sources, these messages came after the ambassador pointed out the seriousness in opening doors to help relieve pressure on Lebanon in light of the American blockade.

She concluded that Diab had expressed in front of those who meet them, his anger over her actions and her blatant interference in the affairs of the country.

Twitter Software Engineer Advocates for Kidnapping and Violently Abusing Children of Republicans
Twitter analytics engineer David Marwick once wrote on his account that he supported kidnapping the children of Republicans.

"At this point I only want to hear about bare knuckle resistance machinations," Marwick wrote in response to an anti-Trump tweet by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). "Sn@tch up some GOPs kids in Brooklyn basements or something."

Marwick has recently made his account private, but the post was archived by RedState’s Brandon Morse courtesy of independent journalist Nick Monroe.

Marwick has pushed for Orwellian censorship at Twitter for at least several years now. He promoted the commercial terrorism organization Sleeping Giants to pressure Breitbart’s advertisers in a 2018 tweet archived here.

It should come as no surprise that one of Twitter’s software engineers would endorse harm toward children. The social media platform has gone out of their way to allow abusers on their platform.

Big League Politics has reported on how Twitter altered their terms of service in order to allow p@dophiles to discuss the finer points of r@ping kids on the platform:

Twitter executives sure hate Republicans, but they don't seem to mind child abusers all that much. The Silicon Valley titans are quite literally at war with human decency.
