Ashli Babbitt's Mom: Nancy Pelosi Orchestrated the Killing of My Daughter
[Western Journal] After nearly eight months of questions and controversy surrounding the events of Jan. 6, the most prominent question remains unanswered: Who killed Ashli Babbitt?

Michelle Witthoeft, Babbitt’s mother, says Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is responsible for her daughter’s death.

"My daughter was a California constituent, and Nancy Pelosi not only, I feel like, orchestrated the death of my daughter."

"I’ve reached out to Nancy Pelosi’s office several times, and she has yet to call me back because she’s too busy playing in her clubhouse with all of her elite people," Witthoeft said.

She also reminded Nancy of her place in the government.

Despite the many claims of violence that occurred on Jan. 6, evidence has yet to surface suggesting Babbitt herself was reckless or threatening.

Conservative Case for Cyberbullying America's Generals
[AmericanMind] Americans are beginning to realize that their military leaders are failing them. Even if politicians fail to demand better of them, we can and should still make our opinion known. Our generals are, far too often, soft, coddled elites and unthinking ideologues. It is time for the American people to start cyberbullying their generals.

Living with the Achievement Gap
BLUF:
[American Thinker] Equally evident is that we are endowed with different levels of skill and talent. Therefore, it’s downright disgraceful to mock billionaires as "policy mistakes," after all, entrepreneurship inherently leads to inequality.

Despite American Privilege, despite affirmative action, despite a multitude of DEI programs, despite massive assistance to help the needy, there remains an achievement gap. Unfortunately, pandering politicians pay no mind for fear of offending constituents’ sensibilities; when underperformance is addressed, it is usually in the context of inequality, rather than complacency. So many minorities succeed under meritocracy, without the necessity to be superhuman, that it undermines the progressive mantra of systemic racism.

Hopefully, those who accept personal responsibility will achieve equality in America’s middle class.

Emphasis added.

#4  ..they've been doing that for decades. Computerworld was a trade newspaper in the 80s. It often featured full column ads for ITs listing a long, very long small print of skills wanted in the applicant. Of course no one had all of those. It was simply a means to comply with the ritual to get foreign applicants to fill the jobs as no one in the feds various agencies would follow up and check the selected candidate skills vs the ads. They were destroying any incentive to spend years in technical education only to find no job out there. These were not liberal arts degrees without any practical applications.

A Shocking Number of College Grads Wish They Had Been Taught More Life Skills
[PJ] Remember when Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) was amazed by a garbage disposal and the idea that you can grow food in the ground? Many of us tittered and guffawed. As it turns out, she is not an anomaly. According to a poll from SWNS digital, 81% of college grads wish they had been taught more life skills before graduation. Instead, they learned the importance of pronouns and social justice activism. It seems that many students leave a college clueless about budgeting and what to do when you can’t afford DoorDash.

You're A Moron If You Aren't Watching USA Rugby At The Olympics
[BarStoolSports] QUICK REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD WATCH RUGBY SEVENS:
- The United States is very good
- They have some of the fastest players in the world
- The games only last 14 game minutes, 30 real-time minutes
- It is a super easy sport to understand rules-wise

The United States is pretty f...... good at Rugby Sevens. They're also in the Group of Death at the Tokyo Olympics and just qualified (2-0 start) for the knockout stage.

You're a damn fool if you aren't watching this team play!

Before we get into the excitement of the first two matches for the United States, here is a Rugby Sevens rules primer for those new to the sport..

The sport was added to the Olympic program for the Rio 2016 Games and the United States just narrowly missed out on the knockout stage. Since then, though, the country has only gotten better at the sport and found itself ranked as high as number two in the world pre-COVID.

If you aren't convinced yet, just watch some videos of Carlin Isles and Perry Baker...

Watch the videos

Nobody in the sport is as fast as Isles, a man who runs a 100m time fast enough to qualify for the Olympic Games in Athletics. Isles, who had a contract with the Detroit Lions in 2013 before leaving for the Glasgow Warriors, also supposedly ran a 4.13 40-yard-dash, which would be the fastest time ever recorded.

Point being, Carlin Isles is the f...... man. But so is Perry Baker...

Perry Baker also broke his fibula only five months before the Games... and yet he is in Tokyo and out on the field with Team USA.

There is really no easier sport to get into for the first time at the Olympic Games as a fan than Rugby Sevens. The rules are straightforward, the United States is really good, and the matches only last 14 total minutes of game time, and around 30 minutes of real-time. Trust me, you'll be hooked.

NOTE: The real Rugby Sevens superfan, and friend of the team, is PFT Commenter, by the way...

So far so good for the Eagles of the United States...

MATCH 1: USA-19, Kenya-14

Things got dicey for the United States in their first match and they found themselves down 14-12 with Kenya walking in for a try to all but seal the deal, however...

[KP] The news that "Sharia patrols", "bearded guardsmen" and even "Kadyrov's special forces" appeared in New Moscow made me visit the city of Troitsk. This science city originates 16 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road and stretches along the Kaluga highway for as many as eight kilometers. And this transit feature is a headache for the local police. Most crimes are committed by "strays" from the highway. And then the warm June nights overlapped.

Biden tax hikes would lead to corporate exodus, top Republican predicts
[Washington Examiner] Rep. Kevin Brady, who played a leading role in passing the sweeping Republican 2017 tax cuts, said companies will move overseas if the Biden administration succeeds in implementing its tax proposals.

Brady, the top Republican on the powerful Ways and Means Committee, told the Washington Examiner during an expansive interview that the Democratic tax agenda would have dire repercussions for the country. He said that it would signal a return to the "old days" of the tax code when corporate inversions were grabbing headlines.

The Texas Republican said that "without question," there will be a new wave of corporate inversions if President Joe Biden follows through on hiking the corporate tax rate from 21% to 28% (the 2017 tax cuts lowered the rate from 35%). Biden has also proposed raising the top individual income tax rate to 39.6% and taxing capital gains for households making more than $1 million as ordinary income.

Brady also said there will be more long-term decisions by companies to move their research and development, their intellectual property, their manufacturing, and their headquarters overseas.

India-Pakistan
Conspiracies against Pakistan
[NATION.PK] Pakistain came into being on the basis of the two nation theory which reaffirmed that Moslems and Hindus belong to two different religions, cultures and traditions. India now fully understands that it cannot defeat Pakistain conventionally and instead, has now subjected Pakistain to Hybrid and 5th Generation Warfare. With this backdrop let us discuss on going conspiracies against Pakistain by India and other powers.

Firstly, India is using its media and social media for spreading fake news in an attempt to destabilise Pakistain. Different themes and narratives are being used as the country remains busy in plotting against Pakistain. Recently a story was promoted on a so called attempted coup in army. Amjad Ayub Mirza of Pak origin was used for this news by most Indian channels. Amjad is from Mirpur, Azad Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
and lives in Scotland. From there he runs a radio channel with his sister. He frequently appears on Indian TV channels as champion for the rights of GB despite the fact he has no clue about the intricacies of the issue of GB and only speaks about what is fed to him by RAW

Even the head of the PLO, Yasser Arafat himself, was born and educated in Cairo, where his family owned land. He and his friends organized Fatah, the core group of the PLO, while living in Cairo and Kuwait, after he was drafted to serve in the Egyptian army because he was an Egyptian citizen.
