The morgue will then identify the remains through DNA samples taken from the victims' families.
In February 2015 a video was released showing Islamic State group members in Libya beheading the 20 Coptic expatriate workers, most of whom were from Samalut city in Minya.
Another victim, reportedly from Ghana, was killed in the video alongside the Egyptians.
The Egyptians’ bodies were discovered in October 2017.
A day after the video's release, Egypt launched Arclight airstrikes on Islamic State group hideouts in the Libyan cities of Derna and Sirte in coordination with the Libyan army.

[AAWSAT] Egypt's prosecutor general, Nabil Sadeq, referred 278 suspected Moslem Brüderbund members to military trial Sunday on "terrorism" charges.
Of the 278 people referred for trial, 141 are already in detention.
The suspects are facing charges including joining Brotherhood-linked Death Eater groups Lewaa al-Thawra ...The Revolution Brigade, which along with Hasm (Decisiveness or Determination) is one of the fighting arms of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, established to fight back against the overthrow of President Morsi... and Hasam.
They are also accused of carrying out 12 "terrorist operations" including targeting and killing coppers and personnel.
Sunday's announcement comes after 555 people were referred to military trial last week, accused of belonging to a branch of ISIS in the Sinai Peninsula.

[Libya Observer] Tubu gangs in Sabha seized Sunday Sabha castle and the positions of Sixth Brigade Infantry around it.
The head of the social commission of Tubu tribe, Hassan Shacki denied withdrawing from the locations they controlled on Saturday in the city - southern Libya - saying they now have their grip on northern and eastern Sabha.
"We have reopened the road that connects the city to northern Libyan cities and we call on the Presidential Council to assume its duties and secure Sabha." Shacki added.
Sources reported that Sixth Brigade Infantry withdrew from its locations today after it regained control late on Saturday in a hit-and-run battle with the Tubu rustics.
The sources added that the pullout came on orders by the commander of the brigade, al-Mabrouk al-Ghazwi who is under Khalifa Haftar ...Self-proclaimed Field Marshal, served in the Libyan army under Muammar Qadaffy, and took part in the coup that brought Qadaffy to power in 1969. He became a prisoner of war in Chad in 1987. While held prisoner, he and his fellow officers formed a group hoping to overthrow Qadaffy. He was released around 1990 in a deal with the United States government and spent nearly two decades in the United States, gaining US citizenship. In 1993, while living in the United States, he was convicted in absentia of crimes against the Jamahiriya and sentenced to death. Haftar held a senior position in the anti-Qadaffy forces in the 2011 Libyan Civil War. In 2014 he was commander of the Libyan Army when the General National Congress (GNC) refused to give up power in accordance with its term of office. Haftar launched a campaign against the GNC and its Islamic fundamentalist allies. His campaign allowed elections to take place to replace the GNC, but then developed into a civil war. Guess you can't win them all... 's command, saying other forces will be tasked with securing the castle.
Sixth Brigade Infantry is made up of the Arab inhabitants of Sabha, Awlad Sulaiman tribe, and some of its forces are under the Presidential Council's command while others are under Haftar forces' command.
The southern Libyan city, Sabha, reportedly saw the heaviest fighting since February on Friday night using heavy and medium weapons and reportedly some shells fell on houses in the city.
In the meantime, Tubu tribe elders issued a statement calling for activating the role of Libyan Army as per the regulations known to the Libyan military laws so the camps and locations can all return under the legal army command and away from outlaw militias.

Field sources told Asharq al-Awsat that battles to regain territory north of Hodeida from the directorates of al-Khawkha and Habas intensified on Sunday after Yemeni Joint Forces deployed in the districts of al-Jarahi and Tahita, controlling the local al-Hayma seaport.

Military observers told Asharq al-Awsat they expect that Houthi forces would collapse in al-Burh town and other pockets located 40 kilometers away from the east of Taiz city.
"By liberating the town of al-Burh, Yemeni forces would have taken from Houthis their most important pocket west of Taiz," the observers said.

When her plot to travel to Syria and marry the British-Pak man was thwarted last April, she is alleged to have urged her older sister, Rizlaine, 22, to "carry the torch forward" in her place.
Rizlaine and her mother, Mina Dich, 43, went on a reconnaissance trip scouting major landmarks around Westminster, the Old Bailey heard.
The pair purchased a packet of knives and a rucksack on April 26 in preparation for an attack near the Palace of Westminster codenamed the 'Mad Hatter's Tea Party', it is claimed.
Rizlaine has already admitted planning a knife attack on London and her mother has pleaded guilty to assisting her, the jury was told.
On Monday, jurors were taken through alleged downloads from one of the phones seized from Boular when she returned to the UK from a holiday in Morocco in August 2016.
Anti-terror police were able to see that the teenager installed chat applications like WhatsApp and the encrypted Telegram along with anti-spy applications to guard against surveillance, the court heard.
The jury was shown images including a child wearing a headband bearing ISIS' logo wearing a boom jacket and holding a gun, a black glove with the same logo making the terror group's upward-pointing salute, and others depicting the beheadings of men clad in orange jumpsuits synonymous with the organization.
On 16 August, Boular and Hussain talked about getting married, having twins and the money he was sending to her sister Rizlaine in order to bankroll her travel to Syria, it was claimed.
"U wil b getting a lot of money insha'Allah," he is said to have pledged, adding: "U sister is jus receiving envelope afta envelope."
Whilst discussing her living in a safe house when she arrived, Hussain warned her "belts are a must", referring to wearing a suicide belt to use if threatened by non-believers.
"Don't eva b hesitant 2 pull da pin ok," he instructed. "Ur honour is worth more than any kaafirs life."
Boular then asked if "the pin make me go" followed by an image of an kaboom, the court heard. Hussain replied "yes straight away" before counting down from five and laughing.
"When ur teaching me how to use it in sha Allah Don't actually pull the pin k," the teenager joked back, the court heard.
Reassuring her that it would be "very easy", Hussain told her they would "depart 2 world holdin hands" and take others with them in a terror attack.
Hussain also sent images of a Kalashnikov assault rifle he dubbed "our klash", bragging it was "1 of a kind", along with two grenades and a handgun.
The teenager asked "is it us" versus an image of President Obama, prompting Hussain to call him a "filthy kalb", or "dog", the Old Bailey was told.
Referring to the former president, he asked her: "How will y kill him. If u had da choice."
Boular claimed she would "shake my hand with Mr president" accompanied by two images of kabooms, jurors heard.
They went on to talk about the possibility of dying together as deaders for their joint cause. Boular allegedly told Hussain she wanted to reach paradise through death "so bad".
The jihadi promised the pair would "go forth one day" or she would "fulfil her role" as a martyr and a wife who would "raise lions".
Boular, of St George's Wharf, Lambeth, south-west London, denies two counts of engaging in preparation for terrorist acts.
Her sister Rizlaine, of Clerkenwell, central London, has already admitted planning an attack in Westminster, allegedly involving knives and with the help and support of their mother, Dich.
Dich has pleaded guilty to assisting her, the jury was told.

Baghdad (Iraqinews.com) ‐ An Iraqi court has sentenced a man to death by hanging for involvement in slaughtering a Russian diplomat in 2006, an Iraqi judicial official was quoted as saying Monday.
"The Central Criminal Court issued its ruling against the terrorist after he admitted to slaughtering the Russian diplomat in 2006 and then disposing of his body by throwing it into the Tigris river," Baghdad Today quoted Abdul Sattar al-Biraqdar, the front man for Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council, as saying.
According to al-Biraqdar, the terrorist was found implicated in "kidnapping four foreigners and then killing them in collaboration with other Lion of Islams."
"The court ruling was issued pursuant to article 4/1 of the anti-terrorism law," al-Biraqdar pointed out.
Iraq’s anti-terrorism law empowers courts to convict people who are believed to have helped jihadists even if they are not accused of carrying out attacks.
Iraqi courts have sentenced to death a total of more than 300 people, including dozens of foreigners, for belonging to IS, judicial sources said last month.
The exact number of detained murderous Moslems is still unknown, however, it’s estimated to be at thousands. It’s also unclear how many members are likely to face death sentences.
Moreover, the Iraqi government did not provide estimates about number of the foreign detained murderous Moslems or those who have Arab or Iraqi origins.

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) Three tribal fighters were killed on Monday due to a bomb blast that occurred, northwest of Kirkuk, a security source from the province was quoted saying.
Speaking to AlSumaria News, the source said “a bomb placed on the side of a road near one of the villages in Dibs town, northwest of Kirkuk, went off, today, targeting a vehicle for tribal mobilization fighters. Three personnel were killed.”
“Security forces, according to the source, who preferred anonymity, “transferred the victims to forensic medicine department and conducted investigations.”
Kirkuk (Iraqinews.com) – Four Islamic State (IS) terrorists were killed Monday while trying to attack security and residential sites in Kirkuk, Alghad Press quoted the security media center as saying in a statement.
“Troops of the 11th brigade of al-Hashd al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization Forces) killed four terrorists of the Islamic State group near a security checkpoint in al-Riyadh district, southwest of Kirkuk,” the statement read.
“According to preliminary reports, the terrorists were planning to target security and residential sites in the city,” the center said, adding that the pro-government forces of al-Hashd al-Shaabi managed to foil their plot and launched an operation to secure the whole area.
Kirkuk officials previously urged reinforcing military troops in the south and west of the province, as the region still has Islamic State members who escaped during liberation of Hawija to remote areas.

[IsraelTimes] At around 4 p.m., the time that the US was inaugurating its embassy in Jerusalem, military sources said Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,-spurred groups were trying to breach the border at several spots along the Gazoo fence.

Firefighters were called to fight the blazes. But many farmers did not wait for help and worked to put out the conflagrations themselves, tilling the soil around the fires in order to starve out the flames.
There were no reports of injuries inside Israel or immediate calculations of how many acres of farmland had been burned.
In the West Bank, several thousand people gathered in the center of Ramallah, while hundreds marched to the Qalandiya crossing on the outskirts of Jerusalem, where protesters threw stones at Israeli troops.

In addition, the Paleostine Liberation Organization called a general strike across the West Bank and Gazoo on Tuesday in response to the deaths, the official Paleostinian news agency Wafa said Monday. "Yes! We are going on strike! No more kebab sales to our friend and neighbors. THAT WILL SHOW THOSE DIRTY JEWS!!!!"
Egypt, meanwhile, has raised its alert level along its own border with Gazoo and boosted its security forces in the area.
Shin Bet reveals Hamas' methods
Earlier Monday, the Shin Bet accused Iran of funding the recent protests in the strip. According to the organization, an interrogation of a 19-year-old Hamas member from Gazoo revealed the methods of the terror organization ruling the strip. Hamas members themselves are forbidden from approaching the fence so as not to get killed or be apprehended by the security forces.
If the rioters do manage to bring down the fence, Hamas members are instructed to enter Israel with weapons and carry out terror attacks.
Another Paleostinian, arrested on May 4, said Hamas was encouraging children and teenagers to cross the fence to steal IDF equipment. A 13-year-old boy was maimed the same time after taking part in the infiltration to steal a security camera at the Karni Crossing.

[DAWN] An Indonesian family bought its eight-year-old daughter to a suicide kaboom it launched on Monday on the police headquarters in the country's second-largest city, authorities said, a day after members of another family conducted coordinated suicide kabooms on three city churches that killed 12 people.

"Acting on intelligence reports, the Iraqi F-16 warplanes destroyed a building used by the IS group as a command and logistics support center in southern al-Deshisha area in Syria," the command said in a statement.
The air raid was launched upon directives by Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the statement read. No further details were given, but the center said more information about the result of the airstrike will be released later.
The Iraqi air force has already carried out several air strikes against Islamic State in Syria since last year, with the approval of the Syrian government of Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad Horror of Homs... and the US-led coalition fighting Islamic State.

(IS) Lions of Islam pledged to fight to the death after U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced the start of the final push to liberate the last IS pockets in the eastern countryside of Deir el-Zour.
Suhaib Jaber, a Syrian journalist from Deir el-Zour working with the Euphrates Post, told VOA that IS urged its members, as well as civilians in the areas under its control, to unite and fight without negotiations or surrender.

[AnNahar] U.S.-backed fighters were advancing on Monday against Islamic State group jihadists hiding out in a small sliver of desert in eastern Syria, the force and a monitor said.
The Syrian Democratic Forces, an alliance of Kurdish and Arab fighters, has been bearing down on the small IS-held zone along the Euphrates River since May 1.
On Monday, SDF front man Kino Gabriel told AFP the forces were securing the village of Baghuz, captured after overnight festivities and the first to be seized since the operation began.
"It is now being cleared of anything left behind by ISIS, including mines, and we are looking for any IS members hiding in tunnels or other locations," Gabriel said, using the Arabic acronym for IS.
"We will set up defensive positions so that we can completely surround ISIS along the Euphrates River," he said.
Baghuz lies on the river's eastern bank, a few hundred meters (yards) from the Iraqi border.
Gabriel said the operation was carried out in coordination with Iraqi government forces and the U.S.-led coalition.
The SDF has already driven IS out of large parts of northern and eastern Syria, including the onetime jihadist capital of Raqa, with help from the coalition's air strikes, weapons and special forces advisers.
At the beginning of May, the SDF announced it would pursue IS in its final desert holdout in east Syria between the Euphrates and the Iraqi border.
It has already cleared around 64 square kilometers (nearly 25 square miles) since then, the coalition said on social media.
The coalition published images of General Joseph Votel, the commander of U.S. troops in the Middle East, s.haking hands with SDF commanders.
"Coalition and U.S Generals meet our SDF partners to gain a better understanding of the fight against ISIS in the Middle Euphrates River Valley," it wrote.
After several months of relatively few air strikes in Syria, it ramped up its bombing raids at the beginning of this month to back the SDF's ground operations.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britannia-based monitor, confirmed the SDF had captured Baghuz after fierce festivities overnight.
It said 18 IS fighters were also killed in coalition strikes and fighting in al-Bahra, a village further north along the river.
The monitor said IS still controlled three main villages in the area: Hajjin, Sousa, and al-Shaafa.

Led by the elite 42nd Brigade (Ghiath forces), the Syrian Army began their assault by launching a large number of surface-to-surface missiles towards the terrorist defenses inside the Yarmouk Camp, Tadamon, and Hajar al-Aswad.
The missile strikes were followed by a powerful ground assault from the 42nd Brigade on the southwestern corridor of the Yarmouk Camp.
According to preliminary reports from southern Damascus, the Syrian Army is attempting to advance north of 30th Street in a bid to drive the Islamic State away from the Hajar al-Aswad axis.
With ISIS confined to a small area in southern Damascus, the Syrian Army is looking to eliminate the last remnants of the terrorist group in the next few weeks.

[ALMASDARNEWS] The deputy commander of one of the largest Free Syrian Army ... the more palatable version of the Syrian insurgency, heavily influenced by the Moslem Brüderbund... (FSA) factions was kidnapped in the southern countryside of the Idlib Governorate last night, pro-opposition activists reported.
According to these pro-opposition activists, Hamza Qusays of Faylaq al-Rahman was kidnapped by unknown assailants while traveling down the Khan Sheikhoun Highway in southern Idlib on Monday.
The commander was then taken to an unknown location.
No group has grabbed credit for this kidnapping.
Faylaq al-Rahman was transported from the East Ghouta to the Idlib Governorate last month; they were previously involved in a long battle against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA).

[PJ] Al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri marked the opening of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem on Monday with an audio message declaring that President Trump "was clear and frank, and revealed the true face of the modern Crusade, which does not deal with retreat and reconciliation, and only da'wah [proselytizing] and jihad can resist it."
The terror group had lashed out at the decision to relocate the embassy, in line with a 1995 act of Congress, when Trump announced the move in December. But I address every honorable and free Muslim, and I say to them: we must fight the battle of consciousness before the battle of weapons, and we must be free of illusions, and we must not mix up the enemy from friend, and we must realize the schemes of the enemy, and we do not back down before it," he said.
