-War on Police-
Texas will punish cities and towns that defund their police by BANNING them from raising property taxes after state officials say Austin 'bowed to cancel culture' when it voted to slash $150M from their cops
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, spoke on Tuesday to announce the policy

  • All towns and cities that defund police departments will be affected

  • They will not be able to increase property tax in their jurisdictions

  • Abbott's announcement came after Austin cut $150m from their police budget

  • Last week Austin City Council unanimously approved a proposal to cut the police budget by $150 million, about 34 per cent of its current total, and reinvest in other resources

#2  Its only fair - when Austin screwed its PD up, the state Public Safety has to step in, and that cost taxpayers in the rest of Texas money to cover what they lazy asshole lefties in Austin did. I say the state should bill Austin for the extra services it is forced to provide.

Typical liberals - SJW policy that others pay the price for - and taxpayers bear the cost.

Afghanistan
Afghan Govt Warns Neighbors Against Using Taliban as Proxies
[ToloNews] In response to a recent report by US intelligence agencies saying that Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...

Palace: Prisoners’ release process halted, the Taliban must release remaining detainees
[KhaamaPress] The Taliban

prisoners’ release process has been halted, the Presidential Palace announced on Monday.

Seddiq Seddiqi, the spokesperson to the Presidential Palace appeared in a presser on Monday, announcing the Taliban prisoners’ release process has been halted as they have not yet released the prisoners from the government side.

Seddiq Seddiqi clarified that if the Taliban completed the release of captured government prisoners, there would not be an obstacle to the Intra-Afghan talks.

On the other hand, several other NATO
...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Originally it was a mutual defense pact directed against an expansionist Soviet Union. In later years it evolved into a mechanism for picking the American pocket while criticizing the cut of the American pants...
members have expressed concerns over the release of those Talibs who were engaged in killing their citizens in Afghanistan.

La Belle France and Australia have so far shared their concerns with the Afghan government stating that those under detention has killed some of their nationals, must not be released.

According to Afghan government, 80 out of 400 remaining Taliban prisoners have been released so far.

This comes as, following the Loya Jirga’s decision, President Ashraf Ghani

He worked at the World Bank working on international development assistance. As Finance Minister of Afghanistan between July 2002 and December 2004, he led Afghanistan's attempted economic recovery until the Karzais stole all the money...
signed a decree to release the dreaded 400 Taliban prisoners.

Israel unveils new force to fight Hezbollah and Hamas
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Israeli army revealed the date of the formation of the "Shabah Unit 99" and the details of its tasks, which were previously announced by the Chief of Staff, Aviv Kochavi.

The Israel-based Walla newspaper reported, "The unit will fight against Hamas, the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®, in the Gazoo

The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. , and it is multi-tasked and designated to cross the border and attack deep into enemy territory in several fronts," noting that the army has established a new and developed ground maneuver system for the new division.

The unit consists of infantry forces, combat engineers, elite Yehlum forces, Gadzar reconnaissance battalions, paratroopers, artillery, the al-Kalaba unit, Dovdovan unit, as well as the air force, pilots, and field intelligence.

The newspaper pointed out that "the unit will be equipped with advanced weapons and has a new command and control system on the ground to control communications and the level of fire, and to collect intelligence information and identify targets."

They noted that the unit will be linked to a "smart trigger"system that links the means of collection and attack on the battlefield. It allows firing circuits to be closed quickly, accurately, effectively and safely.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Special Tribunal finds 1 defendant guilty, acquits remaining over Rafic Hariri assassination
[ALMASDARNEWS] n February 2005, former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri was killed when a huge truck bomb blew up in Beirut. Hariri, a billionaire construction tycoon, was Prime Minister from 1992 until 1998 and again between 2000 and October 2004.

A Hezbollah supporter has been found guilty on all counts by a Special Tribunal for Leb
...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. in the Netherlands but three other men have been acquitted.

On February 14, 2005, Mr Hariri and 21 others were killed when a truck bomb as he drove through downtown Beirut. More than 200 people were maimed.

Salim Ayyash, 56, has been convicted on all nine counts but Assad Sabra, 43, Hassan Oneissi, 46, and Hassan Habib Merhi, 54, have been found not guilty.

All had been tried in absentia. Their whereabouts are unknown.

Charges were dropped against a fifth suspect, Mustafa Badreddine, after he was killed during the Syrian civil war in 2016.

On Tuesday, August 18, Judge David Re, an Australian, said the bombing was "undoubtedly a political act" and he said the evidence showed Syria was dominant in Lebanon at the time and opponents of the Syrian presence included Mr Hariri’s Future Movement.

"The trial chamber is of the view that Syria and Hezbollah may have had motives to eliminate Mr Hariri and some of his allies. However,
a hangover is the wrath of grapes...
there was no evidence that the Hezbollah leadership had any involvement in Mr Haririr’s murder and there is no direct evidence of Syrian involvement in it," said Judge Re.

Judge Re said the decision to kill Mr Hariri "would not have been taken lightly" as he had several powerful allies in the US, La Belle France and Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...

Lebanese President says it's 'impossible' that Hezbollah caused explosion at Beirut Port
"It'a elementary, my dear LeGume," said Inspector Camembert. "If you dismiss the most likely culprit, the next most likely culprit is your man!"
"Inspector! How do you do it?"

[ALMASDARNEWS] The Lebanese President, Michel Aoun
...president of Leb, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hizbullah...
, ruled out on Monday that the Beirut Port explosion was caused by a warehouse filled with Hezbollah’s weapons.

President Aoun indicated in an interview with the Italian "Corriere della Sera", as reported by Rooters, that the investigation will include all possibilities despite his assurance that the earth-shattering kaboom was not caused by a weapons warehouse belonging to Hezbollah.

The Lebanese President said that Hezbollah was not storing weapons at the port, which was indicated by Sayyed His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah
...The satrap of the Medes and the Persians in Leb...
, Secretary-General of Hezbollah, earlier this month.

In response to the newspaper’s question about the matter, Aoun stressed, "It is impossible, but serious events such as this one sharpen the spirit and the imagination."

President Aoun confirmed that investigations are underway to fin out whether the earth-shattering kaboom was a result of negligence, an accident, or external interference.

"Although it seems like an accident, I want to avoid accusing me of not hearing all the voices," he explained.

"A lot of people talked about seeing planes in the sky over the harbor just before the earth-shattering kaboom," the Lebanese {resident said, "and although this conversation is not very reliable, it must be heard."

Thus far, the Lebanese authorities have yet to come to a conclusion regarding the source of the earth-shattering kaboom.

#1  Some sources say that the area where the various explosions took place was under the control of Hezbollah.
Naturally that organization maintained a large supply of harmless fireworks, not weapons there. These non-weapons did, however explode and did so in such a manner as to ignite the harmless fertilizer.
Of course it is impossible that those non-weapons came from an Iranian chartered ship delivering missiles and other weapons to Hezbollah
Aoun is perfectly right in saying that it is difficult to believe that Hezbollah blew up it own weapons and explosives on purpose, if that was his meaning.
