[BREITBART] The Walt Disney Co. has lost nearly $63 billion in market capitalization since it decided in March to embrace radical LGBTQ activism and declare war on Florida by opposing the state’s Parental Rights in Education law.
Shares of Disney have plummeted 23.5 percent since the start of March, falling from $145.70. Market cap is down $62.6 billion, from $265.3 to $202.7 billion.
For the past 12 months, Disney has seen its stock drop more than 30 percent, making it the worst performing stock on the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
Disney’s free fall comes as the company has embraced woke, far-left politics, specifically the exposure of young children to radical LGBTQ ideology. In so doing, the entertainment giant has alienated millions of customers and picked a fight with Florida GOP leaders.

Once upon a time (see what I did there) breaking into the creative ranks was difficult. You had to have talent, get breaks and work hard. As the talent contingent leaned certain ways politically and sexually, they decided that they were in the driver seat, and the C-suite people let themselves be convinced that was so.

[TSG h/t AOSHQ] MAY 3--A Louisiana woman who fired a shot at a male acquaintance who refused to perform oral sex on her has pleaded guilty to a felony gun charge as part of a deal that spares her prison time, records show.
In an April 27 sentencing hearing in the Baton Rouge courthouse, Anneisha Speed copped to a weapons charge, while prosecutors dropped a felony aggravated assault count against the 21-year-old.
Speed was placed on probation for two years and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service. She will also have to pay about $800 in fines and court costs and complete an "Effective Decision Making" course, according to a sentencing order. If Speed successfully completes her probation term, her conviction could be expunged.
Pictured at right, Speed was arrested in May 2019 following a confrontation in the victim’s Baton Rouge apartment.
As detailed in a probable cause affidavit, the victim told police that he had invited Speed to his home "due to the two ’hanging out’ earlier in the day." Speed, the man added, subsequently "asked for oral sex."
After the man declined the request from Speed, she "produced" a .40 caliber handgun and "demanded oral sex again stating if he declined she would shoot him," police reported. When the man grabbed Speed’s wrist, she fired the weapon, but the round did not hit him.
The victim then fled his home (seen below) and "jumped from the second floor balcony to avoid getting shot at again," a police lieutenant noted. "The victim stated that while he was fleeing, he heard another shot fired."
Crime scene investigators recovered a spent shell casing and a live .40 caliber round in the man’s residence.
Arrested shortly after the shooting, Speed was in possession of a spent .40 caliber shell casing and two live rounds when police searched her at the local precinct. "The Defendant admitted to picking up the spent casing because it had her DNA on it," according to the affidavit.
Speed, who was freed on $17,000 bond following her arrest in the shooting case, was busted earlier this year for battery on a dating partner. She pleaded guilty this month to the misdemeanor count and was placed on unsupervised probation.

[GEO.TV] Fossils from some of the largest creatures ever to swim Earth's oceans - whale-sized marine reptiles called ichthyosaurs - have been found in a counterintuitive place: atop three mountains in the Swiss Alps up to 8,990 feet (2,740 meters) above sea level. Scientists on Thursday described rib and vertebrae fossils from two ichthyosaur individuals: one about 69 feet (21 meters) long and the other about 49 feet (15 meters). They described from a third individual the largest-known tooth from any ichthyosaur with a base 2.4 inches (6 cm) wide and an estimated length of 6 inches (15 cm), suggestive of a fearsome predator. Yodeling ichthyosaurs!
The fossils, dating to around 205 million years ago near the end of the Triassic Period, make these three individuals among the largest of the giant ichthyosaurs that inhabited the oceans at a time when dinosaurs were beginning to dominate the land.
"The tooth is particularly interesting because it could possibly - but unlikely - represent the largest animal to ever inhabit Earth," said paleontologist Martin Sander of the University of Bonn, lead author of the study published in the Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology.
It was found atop the Chrachenhorn Mountain near Davos. Based on the fact that a 59-foot-long (18-meters-long) ichthyosaur described last year had a tooth with a base eight-tenths of an inch (2 cm) wide, Sander said, "then a tooth 6 centimeters wide could possibly have come from an animal 54 meters (177 feet) in length."
The animal likely was not that big but still formidable, perhaps akin to a sperm whale, hunting giant squid, large fish and smaller ichthyosaurs. Some other giant ichthyosaurs apparently lacked teeth and ate small fish and squid, sucking them up or engulfing them in their mouths.

[GEOTV] A couple in the US encountered a massive alligator in their garage that had gulped down a slab of Coca Cola, NDTV reported.
Karyn and Jamie Dobson reported that they were watching TV in the living room when they heard a loud crash.
"The crash was big, like wicked," said Karyn.
The Dobsons said they thought it was a car accident nearby.
When Jamie went to the garage to investigate, he was shocked to see an eight-foot alligator enjoying a coke with froth all over it and cans spread out on the floor. Jamie had opened the door to take a peek.
"Very quickly closed the door [and said], 'Karyn, we have an alligator in our garage,' Coming from the Midwest, we really hadn't experienced this before," he said.
Jamie further added that the alligator quickly realised that it had been spotted. It began to back away and flash its teeth.
The couple immediately called a local wrangler to get rid of the reptile.
The alligator had attacked the box of Diet Coke they had saved up for an upcoming party.
"There was Diet Coke spewing everywhere, because the gator was interested, tore open the box, had a few cans," Karyn told a media channel, adding that the reptile "probably thought it was beer maybe."
The mating season for alligators begins in April which means more opportunities for encounters with communities. Gators emerge from swamps in search of partners.
