Baradar said former government officials cannot be included in the Islamic Emirate because of their corrupt background.
Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar in an interview with Radio-Television of Afghanistan (RTA) on Monday said that the Islamic Emirate will not include members of the fallen republic government in its cabinet.
In response to a question about the international community’s demand for the formation of an inclusive government, Baradar said the US had given names of some former government officials to the Islamic Emirate during the Doha talks to fulfill this demand.
Baradar accused the former government officials of "being corrupt" emphasizing that even including a few of them will harm the integrity of the Islamic Emirate.
"These people cannot be with us in the government, because even if they are five (even if only five people are included), they will harm our government's standing and we don’t want our government to be brought down by such people," he said.
In the meantime, Baradar said that the Islamic Emirate has fulfilled the pre-conditions for recognition and that the world should recognize it formally.
"The Islamic Emirate has fulfilled the requirements for the recognition, and the world should have recognized it," he said.
Baradar emphasized that if the world does not recognize the Islamic Emirate, the country will face an economic crisis that will not only affect Afghanistan but will also have negative consequences for the neighboring countries and the world.
Responding to question about girls’ education and the reopening of universities, Baradar said it is the right of everyone to have access to education. He said that economic problems and moral issues are two issues ahead of the reopening of the universities.
"The education sector needs a strong economy, when economic challenges are resolved we will provide educational facilities for all those who want to purse their studies," he said.
He also dismissed claims by the former president Ashraf Ghani that he --Ghani--would have been killed if he had not left Kabul.

Satej Patil, the technology minister for the Maharashtra state, said late Monday that the cyber unit of the Mumbai Police has detained a 21-year-old engineering student from the southern city of Bengaluru in the neighboring Karnataka state and started the paperwork but haven't done much else against him. Police did not reveal the identity of the suspect, and it wasn’t clear whether the man had made the auction website.
Photographs of more than 100 prominent Indian Moslem women, including journalists, activists, film stars and artists, were displayed last weekend without their permission on a website and put up for fake auction. The women listed on the website also included a 65-year-old mother of a disappeared Indian student and Pak Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai ...a Pashtun blogger and advocate for girls' education from Mingora, in Swat. She is esteemed as an ambassador of international good will, even though she can't go home lest some fellow in a turban shoots her in the head again... The website, which was taken down within 24 hours, was called "Bulli Bai," a derogatory slang for Indian Moslems. Though there was no real sale involved, the Moslem women listed on the website said the auction was intended to humiliate them, many of whom have been vocal about rising Hindu nationalism in India and some of the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The website was hosted on GitHub, a the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... -based coding platform. A company spokesperson said GitHub had taken down the user account which had hosted the website on its platform, and that it would cooperate with investigating authorities.
The fake auction unleashed outrage on Twitter after complaints from the victims, with several women posting screenshots after finding their photos listed on the website. Women rights groups and politicians from opposition parties urged the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party to take action against the online harassment of Moslem women, prompting India’s technology minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to promise strict measures.
Police in at least three states said they have opened investigations into the incident and filed criminal complaints against developers of the website, based on the complaints of the targeted women.
This was not the first time Moslem women were listed on a fake auction website. Last year in June, a similar website called "Sulli Deals," also a derogatory slang for Moslem women, was created for the same purpose. That website remained online for weeks and was only taken down by authorities after complaints from victims. Police opened an investigation into that case, but no one was arrested or detained.
The Mumbai Police has arrested engineering student Vishal Jha in connection with the Bulli Bhai app case The Mumbai Police had picked up Jha on Monday from Bengaluru in connection with the case relating to the auction of Moslem women on the social media.
The formal arrest was made today after he was detained by the Mumbai Police on Monday. Jha is currently being questioned by the police. The police said that the arrested student is a co-accused in the matter and was in touch with the main accused in the case. The police has also detained another individual in connection with case and is being questioned.
The police said a woman from Uttarakhand suspected to be the main accused has also been detained. The woman is also being questioned now.
"Bulli Bai" was promoted by a Twitter handle with the name @bullibai, with its display picture of a "Khalistani supporter", and saying women can be booked from the app.
Khalistan? Assuming the handle is true, that makes this a project of Sikh tools of Pakistan, having a little fun paid for 30 pieces of Pakistani silver.
