-Lurid Crime Tales-
Transgender Who Killed 6 at Nashville School Bought Guns with Federal Grant Money; local paper discusses her tormented journal
[Breitbart] A report from the Tennessee Star indicates that Audrey Hale, the 28-year-old transgender woman who shot and killed six people on March 27, 2023, bought her guns with federal grant money.

CNN noted that Hale bought a total of seven guns "between October 20, 2020, and June 6, 2022," and all were legally purchased.

The Tennessee Star quoted 99.7 WTN afternoon radio host Brian Wilson noting that Hale allegedly "took money from an education grant she received to purchase her weapons and to pay for training at a local gun range."

Hale hid the guns in her family home and, a day after the heinous shooting, her parents said they were unaware. They thought Hale had a bought one gun in the past, then sold it.

But Hale had guns and she took three of them with her to carry out the heinous attack. And despite numerous establishment media reports, including CNN, which claimed Hale "was in possession of an AR-15 military-style rifle" in the school, she did not possess an AR-15 rifle during the attack.

Nashville school shooter's violent rant REVEALED at last: Audrey Hale wrote about her 'torture' as a...

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]…trans girl and how she would 'kill' to get puberty blockers.

Transgender killer Audrey Hale wrote about her 'imaginary penis' and how she would 'kill' to get puberty blockers in the weeks before her horrific attack on the Covenant School in Nashville last year.

The Tennessee Star obtained some four dozen pages of Hale's writings that shed light on her female-to-male transition and why she shot and killed six people at the elementary school in March 2023.

Hale wrote about anger toward her parents, how she hated her conservative Christian upbringing, and how she had suffered because hormone blockers were not available when she was as a child.

The explosive writings, sometimes referred to as Hale's 'manifesto,' have been a source of controversy, with many accusing officials of keeping them secret because they would hurt the trans community.

Now released, they help explain why the 28-year-old artist, who identified as a male named Aiden, shot her way into the Tennessee school, killing three adults and three nine-year-olds, before responding officers killed her.

Security forces, UNMISS avert major conflict in Malakal town

mission in the country (UNMISS) have combined efforts to defuse tension and avert any major escalation of violence in the Upper Nile state capital, Malakal.

Last week, festivities broke out between two ethnic groups, causing loss of lives, destruction of properties and displacement of vulnerable people in Malakal town.

Majority of those affected were the elderly people, women and kiddies.
According to the CIA World Factbook, the population skews young, with a median age of 19 for both sexes. Only 3% of the population is elderly.
The UN, in a statement issued on Thursday, said the calm situation remains fragile.

The mission, said it will continue supporting efforts to protect civilians and maintain calm through intensive patrols and engagement with affected communities.

The head of UNMISS, Nicholas Haysom lauded the swift and ongoing responses by state authorities and security forces to reduce tensions and keep communities safe.

"We appreciate the coordination and close partnerships with national, state, and local authorities which played an important role in ensuring that further escalations in violence do not take place and that people can resume their daily activities safely," he said.

Haysom, also the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in South Sudan emphasized that the mission is working closely with government partners and has proactively deployed peacekeepers in and around the UN protection of civilians site in Malakal to ensure the safety of the internally displaced people.

#1  Stupid report! Doesn't name the ethnics involved. Could be Shilluk, Dinka, or Nuer. That such a thing would happen in Upper Nile is just another indication that South Sudan should be divided in three parts to keep the ethnics from attacking one another. Redivision will come eventually. Until then there is little aside from the export of oil that makes it possible for region to succeed economically and politically.

Army downs RSF drones targeting military areas in White Nile and Khartoum
[SUDANTRIBUNE] The Sudan
...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans...
ese army’s air defences shot down several drones on Friday that attempted to target three military areas in White Nile state and Khartoum.

According to multiple sources for Sudan Tribune, the 18th Infantry Division Command of the Sudanese army in Kosti, White Nile state, southern Sudan, successfully neutralized two Rapid Support Forces (RSF) drones targeting the division headquarters.

No casualties were reported.

The same sources reported that another RSF drone targeted the Kenana air base in White Nile state but was also shot down by air defences. Sources suggest that the RSF launched the drones from the Jebel Aulia area, located in the far south of Khartoum and adjacent to the White Nile state.

The RSF’s targeting of White Nile state came a day after army commander Abdel Fattah al-Burhan arrived in Kosti as part of a tour that includes al-Managil in Al Jazirah state, Kosti in White Nile state, and Sennar state.

In addition, army anti-aircraft guns in the Wadi Seidna military area north of Omdurman engaged and shot down two more drones without causing any damage.

Meanwhile,
...back at the desert island, Bert was realizing to his horror that he'd had only one bottle for one message, and he'd forgotten to include a return address...
the Sudanese army’s heavy artillery shelled RSF positions in Khartoum Bahri from north of Omdurman on Friday.

The army’s artillery shelling came hours after RSF artillery shelling from Khartoum Bahri targeted residential neighbourhoods north of Omdurman, such as al-Thawra, al-Manara, and al-Hatana, on Thursday evening. According to the Coordination of Resistance® Committees in Karari, Omdurman, this resulted in the deaths of at least 40 civilians and the injury of dozens, marking the largest corpse count from artillery shelling in the army-controlled area.

on Friday in connection with last month’s failed coup.

They are facing charges including terrorism, attempted liquidation, illegal possession of weapons and arms of war, and financing of terrorism related to the "attempted coup" on 19 May.

Six people were killed during the attack led by little-known opposition figure Christian Malanga, which targeted the presidential palace and a close ally of the President Felix Tshisekedi.

Army officials say Malanga, who lived in the United States, was rubbed out for resisting arrest soon after live-streaming the attack.

Malanga’s son Marcel, who was born in the US, appeared alongside fellow Americans, Tyler Thompson and Benjamin Reuben Zalman-Polun.

They were lined up on plastic chairs before the judge in the military court in Kinshasa on the first day of the hearing along with the other defendants.

Human Rights Watch has called on the DRC government to accord the accused a fair and transparent trial.

The US embassy said on Monday it had not had access to its citizens to provide consular services. All three have requested an interpreter to translate from French to English.

Many of the charges they face are punishable by death.

Published 25 Mar 2021:
This week, the war in Yemen enters its seventh year. ... a new famine warning is threatening millions of people. But this is only the latest in a series of fully preventable tragedies... In 2014, the Houthi armed group took control over large swaths of the country, including the capital Sanaa. The conflict escalated significantly in March 2015 when a Coalition... led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates assembled a military coalition in an attempt to restore the government of President Mansour Hadi. Six brutal years of air attacks, mortars, gunfire, fear and destruction have today left the country almost unrecognizable.
The coastal city of Aden, once a popular holiday destination, is choked with rubble... Farmland that flourished green and productive is left barren. Electricity networks are down and hospitals have been destroyed or run out of supplies. 4 million Yemenis have fled their homes in fear and more than 20 million are in need. ...no facet of life has been left unaltered.

Europe
19 anti-Israel activists detained after blockade in campus building in Sweden
What’s the ratio of students to paid professionals?
[IsraelTimes] Protesters demand Stockholm’s Royal Technology Institute cut ties with Israeli universities; arrests come week after clash with police in unauthorized rally at top Swedish school

Swedish police detained 19 pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel activists who had barricaded themselves in the country’s main technical education and research university on Friday.

After two hours, police carried out the masked activists from the third floor of a Royal Institute of Technology building in Stockholm. They are likely to be prosecuted for trespassing and disobeying the police, according to law enforcement.

At around noon, the activists blocked the entrance of a student building at the institute, known by its Swedish acronym KTH, with chairs and tables. Some shouted “Free Palestine” and hung Palestinian flags in the windows.

People supporting the activists and a large contingent of law enforcement personnel, including officers with dogs and mounted police, quickly gathered outside KTH, which is located north of downtown Stockholm.

Anti-Israel campus demonstrations have intensified in recent months, with college students in the United States, France, Ireland and Switzerland, among others, occupying administration buildings to demand their institutions cut ties with Israel over the country’s war in Gaza.

On Instagram, the KTH activists said they occupied the building to pressure their school into ending its collaboration with Israeli universities.

Last week, a handful of pro-Palestinian activists were briefly detained in connection with an unauthorized demonstration outside KTH.

The school describes itself as the largest institution in Sweden for technical education and research and is a leading technical university internationally.

In the past months, law enforcement in the United States and in Europe have forcefully removed encampments and barricades where pro-Palestinian demonstrations have blocked the main entrances and other access points on campuses.

Some anti-Israel activists at the University of Copenhagen, whose encampment has been taken down, moved on Wednesday to the Danish capital’s City Hall Square, where they set up an encampment to demand that Denmark stop exporting arms to Israel.

CUNY’s Baruch College student groups protest Hillel, in rally decried as antisemitic
[IsraelTimes] Adding to growing trend, anti-Israel demonstrators, some wearing pro-terror symbols, accuse Jewish campus group of backing ‘genocide’

Pro-Paleostinian, anti-Israel student groups at Baruch College staged a protest against the school’s Hillel on Wednesday, accusing the Jewish campus group of murdering children and supporting fascism and "genocide," in a rally decried by a Jewish faculty group as antisemitic. The demonstration — in which protesters scuffled with pro-Israel counter-protesters and were arrested — appeared to be the first across the City University of New York system that directly targeted Hillel, which has historically served as the main address for Jewish student life and ritual.

It’s one of a growing number of anti-Israel, pro-Paleostinian actions at universities across the United States to target campus Hillel chapters. It comes after a Hillel event at Baruch was canceled due to protests last month.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
In apparent deepest attack of war, drone launched from Lebanon strikes near Nazareth
[IsraelTimes] IDF says it failed to intercept projectile, investigating why sirens didn’t warn of incoming drone; Hezbollah doesn’t immediately take credit

A drone launched from Leb
...an Iranian satrapy currently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
, likely by the Hezbollah terror group, impacted in an open area in the Jezreel Valley, near Nazareth, in northern Israel on Friday afternoon, the Israeli military said.

It took the Israel Defense Forces eight hours to provide an update on the incident, during which an interceptor missile was launched and sirens had sounded in towns adjacent to Nazareth.

According to the IDF, it carried out a failed attempt
...Curses! Foiled again!...
to intercept the drone before the aircraft impacted in an open field, causing no injuries or major damage. Residents of the area reported seeing an Iron Dome missile launch.

Sirens warning of incoming rockets had sounded in Reineh, Kafr Kanna, Mashhad, and Nof HaGalil during the incident, amid fears of falling shrapnel following the interception.

There were no sirens warning of an incoming drone amid the incident.

The IDF said it was investigating why it failed to down the drone and why sirens did not sound.

The incident potentially marked the deepest Hezbollah attack in Israel amid the war, with the projectile hitting an area some 40 kilometers (24 miles) from the border. The previous deepest attack occurred last month, when a Hezbollah drone struck a military facility some 35 kilometers (21 miles) from the Lebanon border.

Hezbollah did not immediately claim responsibility for Friday’s drone.

At the same time as the incident near Nazareth, a second drone struck an area near the border community of Shomera, the military added.

No injuries were caused by either drone.

On Friday evening, the military said two rockets launched from Lebanon struck open areas near Matat, setting off sirens in the border community. Sirens a short while earlier in the Western Galilee warning of a suspected drone infiltration were a false alarm, the IDF said.

Meanwhile,
...back at the shootout, another bullet hole appeared in Butch's hat......
the IDF said Israeli fighter jets struck a Hezbollah rocket launcher and other infrastructure in southern Lebanon on Friday.

Troops also shelled several locations with artillery and mortars to "remove threats," the military added.

Earlier Friday, the IDF said Israeli fighter jets struck buildings used by Hezbollah in southern Lebanon’s Jabal Rezlane, and in the towns of Ramyeh and Kafr Kila overnight.

Hezbollah has named 331 members who have been killed by Israel during the ongoing skirmishes, mostly in Lebanon but some also in Syria. In Lebanon, another 62 operatives from other terror groups, a Lebanese soldier, and dozens of civilians have been killed.

Hezbollah introduces new air defense missiles against warplanes
[An Nahar] Hezbollah fired Thursday for the first time air defense missiles at Israeli warplanes that the group said were "breaking the sound barrier and terrorizing children."

Hezbollah said in a statement that its air defense missiles forced the warplanes to "retreat beyond the border."

Last month, Hezbollah struck a military post in northern Israel using a drone that fired two missiles, the first successful missile Arclight airstrike

it has launched from within Israeli airspace.

The group has stepped up its attacks, striking deeper inside Israel and introducing new and more advanced weaponry. "This is a method of sending messages on the ground to the Israeli enemy, meaning that this is part of what we have, and if needed we can strike more," said Lebanese political analyst Faisal Abdul-Sater who closely follows Hezbollah.

Hezbollah's use of more advanced weaponry, including drones capable of firing missiles, explosive drones and the small type of guided missile known as Almas, or Diamond, that was used to attack a base controlling a surveillance balloon has already raised alarms within the Israeli military.

In adapting its attacks, Hezbollah managed to reduce the numbers of fighters lost compared with the early weeks of the conflict, but Israel in response ramped up in past weeks its targeting of Hezbollah fighters and allied bandidos Lions of Islam in cars and on cycle of violences in south Leb

While Hezbollah continues to fire Russian-made anti-tank Kornet missiles from areas close to the border, it has also shifted to firing drones and other types of rockets with heavy warheads — including Almas as well as Falaq and Burkan rockets — from areas several kilometers from the border, to reduce the numbers of fighters along the border and bring down the numbers of casualties. Israel in response struck fighters deeper inside Lebanon, including in the Tyre, Sidon and Jezzine Districts.

. The deadly fighting has displaced tens of thousands of people on both sides of the Israel-Lebanon border and sparked fears of a wider regional war.

At least 15 soldiers and 11 civilians have been killed in Israel's north, according to the military, since the festivities with Hezbollah began.

In Lebanon, the cross-border violence has killed at least 455 people, mostly fighters but including 88 civilians, according to an AFP tally.
