[Breitbart] As Mexico attempts to appease the Trump administration and avoid a series of tariffs over “not doing enough” to eradicate drug cartels, a new scandal surfaced that ties the top political elite in Mexico with one of the country’s most violent drug cartels. That cartel was labeled this year by the U.S. government as a foreign terrorist organization.
The scandal began earlier this month when Interpol issued a Red Notice for the arrest of Hernán “Comandante H” Bermúdez Requena, the former Public Security Secretary for the Mexican state of Tabasco. Authorities in Mexico have been forced to identify Bermudez as the alleged leader of La Barredora or Streetsweeper, an enforcement wing of Cartel Jalisco New Generation. According to Mexican federal authorities, Bermudez is believed to have fled the country in January when he found out authorities were looking at him.
The issue sparked significant political controversy, as Bermudez was the top security official in Tabasco and a personal friend of former Governor Adán Augusto López, a former presidential hopeful and current Mexican Senate leader for the MORENA party. After his term in Tabasco’s government, Adan Augusto Lopez served as Mexico’s Secretary of the Interior during the administration of former Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador. At the end of Lopez Obrador’s federal term, Adan Augusto was one of the three presidential hopefuls from the MORENA party but lost out on the party’s nomination to the current Mexican president, Claudia Sheinbaum. Since then, he became a senate leader for MORENA.
For days after news of the Interpol alert spread throughout Mexico, Adan Augusto López disappeared from the public eye as news and political opponents criticized his friendship with Bermudez and questioned how he could not know that his top security official was a cartel leader. Once he reappeared, Adan Augusto Lopez claimed to be free of any connections to organized crime. On social media, his staffers posted that during his term, Lopez had improved public safety in the state.
Last week, former Chiapas Governor Willy Ochoa added fuel to the fire by publicly claiming that La Barredora was able to operate in the state of Chiapas with complete impunity during the term of former Chiapas Governor Rutilio Escandon, a political ally of Adán Augusto López and López Obrador. As reported by Breitbart Texas, Ochoa had previously sounded the alarm about Escandon’s ties to CJNG and other criminal organizations that were allowed to operate in Chiapas.
“While the state government talked a mouthful about peace and transformation, La Barredora crossed our borders and operated in the municipalities on the north and western parts of the state with complete impunity,” Ochoa said in a prepared statement provided to Breitbart Texas. “Organized crime does not enter alone. It enters where there is omission, complicity, or cowardice in power. And that is exactly what happened during the government of Rutilio Escandon.”
Currently, Escandon is serving as Mexico’s Consul in Miami.
[FoxNews] Second official complaint against a federal judge since Bondi took office as Attorney General
The Department of Justice has filed an official complaint alleging misconduct by US District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg. Fox News has reviewed the complaint which was written by Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Chief of Staff Chad Mizelle and addressed to the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, Sri Srinivasan.
Fox News has learned that the complaint was written and filed at the direction of Attorney General Pam Bondi.
"The Department of Justice respectfully submits this complaint alleging misconduct by U.S. District Court Chief Judge James E. Boasberg for making improper public comments about President Donald J. Trump to the Chief Justice of the United States and other federal judges that have undermined the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary," says Mr. Mizelle.
Judge Boasberg is presiding over a high-profile case involving the deportation of several migrants to El Salvador and has talked about holding DOJ lawyers in contempt because of his assertion that his order to turn airborne planes around was not followed. President Trump has also made critical comments about Judge Boasberg.
The complaint details two occasions on which Judge Boasberg made comments the Justice Department alleges undermine the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.
"On March 11, 2025, Judge Boasberg attended a session of the Judicial Conference of the United States, which exists to discuss administrative matters like budgets, security, and facilities. While there, Judge Boasberg attempted to improperly influence Chief Justice Roberts and roughly two dozen other federal judges by straying from the traditional topics to express his belief that the Trump Administration would "disregard rulings of federal courts" and trigger "a constitutional crisis." Although his comments would be inappropriate even if they had some basis, they were even worse because Judge Boasberg had no basis—the Trump Administration has always complied with all court orders. Nor did Judge Boasberg identify any purported violations of court orders to justify his unprecedented predictions."
"Within days of those statements, Judge Boasberg began acting on his preconceived belief that the Trump Administration would not follow court orders. First, although he lacked authority to do so, he issued a temporary restraining order preventing the Government from removing violent Tren de Aragua terrorists, which the Supreme Court summarily vacated.
"Taken together, Judge Boasberg’s words and deeds violate Canons of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, and, erode public confidence in judicial neutrality, and warrant a formal investigation."
His emergency order touched off a complex legal saga that ultimately spawned dozens of federal court challenges across the country – though the one brought before his court on March 15 was the very first – and later prompted the Supreme Court to rule, on two separate occasions, that the hurried removals had violated migrants' due process protections under the U.S. Constitution.
Boasberg, as a result, emerged as the man at the center of the legal fallout.
Trump administration officials have repeatedly excoriated Boasberg both for his order and his attempt to determine whether they acted in good faith to comply with his orders, and Trump himself has floated the idea that Boasberg could be impeached earlier this year – prompting Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to issue a rare public warning.
The complaint, focused on months-old behavior and allegations surrounding Judge Boasberg— first tapped as a judge by then-President George W. Bush in 2002, comes at a time when he could again have a say in a major class action case brought by lawyers representing the former CECOT migrants.
Lawyers for the ACLU and others in the class asked Judge Boasberg earlier this month to reopen discovery in the case, citing allegations from a United Nations report regarding custodial status of migrants at CECOT, and the recent decision to remove the 252 migrants sent from the U.S. to El Salvador to Venezuela under the prisoner exchange.
Asked at a status hearing in court last week whether the Justice Department would comply with the court's orders, DOJ lawyer Tiberius Davis said they would, "if it was a lawful order."
They also said they would likely seek an appeal from a higher court.
In April, Judge Boasberg also ruled that the court had found "probable cause" to hold the Trump administration in contempt for failing to return the planes to U.S. soil, in accordance with his March 15 emergency order, and said the court had determined that the Trump administration demonstrated a "willful disregard" for his order.g
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit stayed his original motion in April, and has yet to move on the matter.

Sad, but I thought she was dead. I have always gotten her and Sheila Jackson Lee mixed up not because of their race but because of their similar rhetoric and tone.

He's 83 years old. I believe he has already used his age as a beg for leniency. Maybe he'll go to his 'reward' before he actually spends time in prison.

IL - the uniparty for political retirement in club Fed.
It only became known because a candidate received no votes in the precinct where she and her husband lived and voted. When she reported the problem to the DeKalb Election Board, they ordered a machine recount that produced the SAME RESULTS AGAIN. They then conducted a hand count of the race that proved the voting system shorted the candidate 3049 of her actual 4078 votes, over 74% of her total votes. The system gave 1456 of her votes to one of her opponents and failed to count another 1805 of her votes.
Ban, dismantle, eliminate, and excommunicate every single voting machine across America.

Last week, the DNC admitted it had reached a new low.
I disagree. Even the WH Auto-Pen did not cover their nationwide voter fraud.
Ref GA.
Top political leaders here, went out of their way to tell us the voting system was safe, 2+ years ago.
People were sued, and lost their jobs for exposing the voting process frauds even by the very voting machine makers.
How could GA certify this election, despite clear evidence the count was not honest and the voting system screwed up, or was programmed to?
Why is it that many 3rd world countries can hand count and do a recount of votes, all in 36 hours with verified public monitoring, and the USA can't?
Could it be the USA system is designed to allow selective voter fraud?
So, given the 10's of 1000's of voters, whom have had their civil rights have been violated, when will we see an investigation and criminal indictments?
[AndMagazine] How far have we come from 2016? Have things changed? Are senior CIA officers now loyal to the sitting President and acting in accordance with the Constitution, or are they still taking direction from people like John Brennan?
Sources talking to AND Magazine say clearly that inside CIA, significant numbers of powerful, senior officers are still taking direction from Brennan and doing all they can to ensure that no true lasting reform takes hold. This is not the view of a few isolated individuals. This is the near-universal opinion of those with access to what is happening inside the Agency right now.
“Brennan controlled promotions in the agency and NSA through Hayden for about 12 years. First from the White House for 4 years, then as DCI. The agency was disloyal to their constitutional oath for the first term of Trump and simply resisted or ignored Trump during his first term. Then Brennan heavily influenced and steered the agency during Biden’s term. After 12 years of seeding the intel community, you can permanently alter the complexion and effectiveness of any federal department.”
Former Senior CIA Operations Officer Speaking Anonymously
“Brennan's loyalists still run the top levels of the CIA.”
J. Michael Waller, Former CIA Operative
The average person probably thinks there has been some kind of wholesale house cleaning at Langley. Nothing could be further from the truth. Outside of a handful of positions, the same people are in charge as were under Biden. As new appointments are made, all too often, they are being made from the ranks of Brennan devotees that still crowd the top levels of the organization.

Think about it - when you "retire" from the mafia, are you really completely out of the business? The same thing is true of the Company. You may be off the firing line but you still know where the bodies are buried
[GatewayPundit] Arizona State Senator Mark Finchem and Whistleblower Shawn Taylor Uncover Evidence of ActBlue Real Estate Fraud and Money Laundering Scheme in the Billions — “The Motherlode of All Financial Crimes”
Arizona State Senator Mark Finchem, who also serves as the Executive Director of the Election Fairness Institute (EFI), and former Tennessee Assistant Police Chief Shawn Taylor, the Senior Research Analyst for EFI, have been quietly leading a bombshell investigation into what may be the largest money laundering and real estate fraud scheme in U.S. history. According to exclusive evidence shared with Unleashed.news and The Gateway Pundit, suspicious property transactions totaling in the billions are now under review, with the trail pointing directly at top ActBlue leadership, its donor network, and a web of accomplices.
At the center of this shocking discovery is what investigators are calling the “Magic Mortgage” Money Laundering Scheme, which appears to be tied directly to ActBlue and its donor channels. This scheme allegedly uses inflated property sales and rapid same-day flips as a pipeline to funnel illicit funds through the U.S. financial and political systems.
In a years-long investigation, Finchem’s team, along with whistleblower Shawn Taylor, a former law enforcement officer from Millersville, Tennessee, have uncovered patterns of multiple same-day property transfers where values were inflated by as much as 100 times the original sale amount within hours.
The evidence is staggering: property sale histories pulled from LexisNexis, one of the most trusted, top-tier real estate and public records platforms. LexisNexis is widely regarded as the gold standard in aggregating property and deed records directly from county recorder and clerk offices across the United States.
WE HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE
Unleashed.news has interviewed both Senator Finchem and Shawn Taylor directly and has poured over an excruciating amount of documentation. This evidence has already been shared with the Department of Justice and the FBI, signaling that federal investigations — and even potential congressional hearings — are on the horizon.
“What we are seeing looks like the motherlode of all money laundering schemes,” said Senator Mark Finchem. “It’s so vast that it touches everything: political slush funds, cartel money, human trafficking proceeds, and possibly even CCP (Chinese Communist Party) cash being funneled into the U.S.”
“There are just too many of these 100% same-day spike transactions for this to be dismissed as a simple scrivener’s error,” said whistleblower Shawn Taylor. “When the numbers jump by a factor of 100 in a matter of hours, across multiple properties and states, it points to something deliberate and systemic.”
THE PRESS RELEASE THAT STARTED IT ALL
At the heart of this unfolding scandal is a press release issued by Finchem’s investigative team and Taylor’s group at the Election Fairness Institute (EFI). This document outlines the first wave of properties under review and the shocking patterns emerging in their deed histories.
THE PATTERN: SAME-DAY TRANSACTIONS, 100X MARKUPS
The investigation uncovered repeated cases where a property was sold at market value and, within the same day, transferred again for 100 times the amount. These weren’t isolated incidents. Evidence pulled from LexisNexis shows this occurring across multiple properties in California, Texas, and other states, with total suspicious value spikes estimated to hit billions of dollars.
Unleashed.news has independently reviewed live LexisNexis data alongside Taylor, confirming that these transactions are embedded in the platform’s official property history records.
FBI & DOJ BRIEFED — HEARINGS LIKELY
Both Finchem and Taylor have confirmed that this evidence has already been handed to the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The explosive nature of these findings makes congressional hearings and subpoenas all but inevitable.
“This isn’t just about real estate fraud. This is about the financial pipelines that fuel everything rotten in America right now,” said Senator Finchem. “When you see numbers this big, you’re looking at cartel money, you’re looking at human trafficking cash, you’re looking at foreign adversaries buying influence through corrupted systems. We are going to follow the money.”
Another straw for the back of the Democratic Party camel. The 2026 campaign season is going to be fascinating. More at the link.

The hubris is staggering.
They genuinely thought they had the system rigged and nobody would ever investigate.
Then the black swan event happened that none of them ever planned for: the American people and President Trump.
And all we had to do the whole time was enforce our existing laws.

The Trump team is amazing. We have waited a long, long time for a return to fiscal and global sanity. For the benefit of future generations, I damn sure hope and pray someone is taking notes.

Finchem and Garland Favorito in Georgia both keep coming despite all resistance, but they are also small players with local platforms. Act Blue would need a national player to come after them relentlessly to crack them. James O’Keefe took a swipe and moved on. It would have to be like the Epstein Files where nobody would accept anything but the truth.

One simple question I always have is: Why would they not secure the border when hundreds of thousands of Americans are dying every year from fentanyl overdose? Why would responsible government leaders not try to stop that?
The only answer I could ever come with is equally simple: They're on the take. They have been corrupted by the cartel plata.
The same question must be asked about why would we allow outsourcing to China and breath taking trade deficits, hollowing out our industrial base and throwing millions of people out of work, without at least imposing tariffs?
The answer is just as simple. Our government leaders are crooked as hell, corrupted by the CCP.
Only one problem. You can hide that money but you cannot put it in a bank, open a checking account or a credit card account without somehow explaining to the IRS how you got it.
