Just to emphasize, the foreign born workers include both citizens, legal residents and illegals and we don't really know how many there are of each. The data comes from employers who obviously are not going to report illegal workers because then they would be confessing to a crime.
The spring 2025 decrease is probably due to illegals leaving since these months had basically stable total employment in areas where illegals work, e.g., landscaping, unskilled health care.
