[RedState] The revelations from Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Tulsi Gabbard, about the Russia Collusion hoax have the Obama team in damage control mode.
I wrote about the reaction of former Obama DNI James Clapper. He acknowledged to CNN that he'd been "lawyered up" for awhile and that he found it very "disconcerting," although he called the allegations "ridiculous."
Of course, it's also probably not wise to be talking on CNN either.
But the Obama team is in full gear, trying to do all they can to spin.
Clapper wasn't the only one looking nervous. Check the body language of former Obama CIA head John Brennan in the following clip. He appeared on Jen Psaki's MSNBC show, where he attacked Gabbard.

[RedState] The Russia Collusion story is like the Jeffrey Epstein saga: neither will go away even after all these years.
Former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey and former President Barack Obama are all furiously spinning and whining after DNI Tulsi Gabbard dropped receipts in her report accusing the bunch of a "years long coup" and a "treasonous conspiracy" for manufacturing the entire hoax in order to bring down their nemesis, Donald Trump.
But now another name has come up: former National Security Advisor John Bolton, who served in Trump’s first term. RealClearInvestigations reporter Paul Sperry took to X to post a long thread detailing how he believes Bolton was an eager participant in the plot.
[ZERO] Efforts by high-ranking officials in the CIA, FBI, Department of Justice (DOJ), and State Department to portray President Donald Trump as having colluded with Russia were the culmination of years of bias and politicization under the Obama administration.
The weaponization of the intelligence community and other government agencies created an environment that allowed for obstruction in the investigation into Hillary Clinton and the relentless pursuit of a manufactured collusion narrative against Trump.
A willing and complicit media spread unsubstantiated leaks as facts in an effort to promote the Russia-collusion narrative.
The Spygate scandal also raises a bigger question: Was the 2016 election a one-time aberration, or was it symptomatic of decades of institutional political corruption?
This article builds on dozens of congressional testimonies, court documents, and other research to provide an inside look at the actions of Obama administration officials in the scandal that’s become known as Spygate.
To understand this abuse of power, it helps to go back to July 2011, when DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz was appointed.

A most comprehensive assessment. Numerous pieces of the puzzle coming together rather quickly. I suspect people are accepting gov't immunity and talking.
Unless I missed it, I didn't see anything on Gina Haspel. She was Brennan's pick for rare back-to-back tours as London's Chief of Station. Later, Brennan recommended her for Director. Anything having to do with "former MI6 employee" Steele would have likely crossed her desk.

Perjury has a 5 year statute of limitations (under Federal law).
Sedition has no statute of limitation (under Federal law) but, I think requires that there be an overall plan and some degree of force or implication of force.
Insurrection implies a revolt against govt authority and I think a degree of force also.
Conspiracy requires that it done toward some other crime. I'm not sure it it can be paired with Sedition.
Any constitutional lawyers want to help out on this?

"Alleged"
If you have the money, take that out, let them sue, and let discovery begin.

Obama and Brennan, unmarked airplanes in the middle of the night. What did they purchase ?
AP (6 Sept 2016)- US payment of $1.7 billion to Iran made entirely in cash
The Obama administration acknowledged late Tuesday that its transfer of $1.7 billion to Iran earlier this year was made entirely in cash, using non-U.S. currency, as Republican critics of the transaction continued to denounce the payments.
Treasury Department spokeswoman Dawn Selak said in a statement the cash payments were necessary because of the “effectiveness of U.S. and international sanctions,” which isolated Iran from the international finance system.
The $1.7 billion was the settlement of a decades-old arbitration claim between the U.S. and Iran. An initial $400 million of euros, Swiss francs and other foreign currency was delivered on pallets Jan. 17, the same day Tehran agreed to release four American prisoners.

My sense is that as the leaks spread, old wounds, career ruination revenge, enemies lists and job protection document copies are bubbling up across the IC and LE agencies. I'm reminded of the video of Navy damage control training with the Team-Obama faces. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/kXbto_r_wSQ?feature=share

This article reads a lot like the early 1970's WaPo articles about Nixon and Watergate. What did the President know and when did he know it? Too bad Baraq is out of office now so he cannot be forced to resign like Nixon did. Any further punishment is highly unlikely and the MSM will certainly keep a lid on the entire sordid affair. Woodward and Bernstein will have nothing to say about it.

I assume Zero updated the original 2019 Epoch Times article, which was already comprehensive.
