Prosecutors had portrayed Sean Combs as the head of a criminal enterprise who “used power, violence and fear to get what he wanted.” But jurors found him not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
The RICO case should never have been brought. The only thing the government proved beyond a reasonable doubt was that Combs used his enterprise for his personal pleasure. Not exactly a crime.

Just an FYI: Maurene Comey is a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) and is the daughter of former FBI Director James Comey. She has been involved in high-profile cases, including the prosecution of Sean "Diddy" Combs for sex trafficking charges.
