-Lurid Crime Tales-
Feds step in to prosecute Chicago gangsters accused of random murder of National Guardsman, 19,...
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] …after Soros-backed DA Kim Foxx didn't bother.

The US attorney's office is now prosecuting two alleged gang members over the death of a National Guard soldier in 2021 - after the state attorney refused to do so.

Chrys Carvajal, 19, was killed in Chicago on July 3, 2021 in a drive-by shooting as he was walking to his car while attending a Fourth of July party with his girlfriend.

Three years on from his killing, Gary 'Gotti' Roberson, 40, and Joseph 'Troubles' Matos, 41, are set to stand trial over his brutal slaying.

Evidence linking at least one of the suspects to his death was reportedly with the state attorney's office soon after his killing, according to the Chicago Tribune.

His family had to endure three years of pain after state attorney Kim Foxx, whose role is equivalent to DA for the city, said there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute.

Federal prosecutors have now pinned the murder on Roberson and Matos alongside another charge of racketeering.

According to his sister Jennifer Ramirez, Carvajal had been at home on leave from basic training when he was killed.

According to a recently unsealed indictment, the two killed Carvajal 'for the purpose of maintaining and increasing position in the Milwaukee Kings', a known street gang.

As per the indictment, the Milwaukee Kings gang operates on the North Side of Chicago and carries out murders and other acts to protect their power and territory.

The case would be simpler for prosecutors had the Cook County state's attorney's office brought the charges in the first place.

If so, all they would have had to prove was that the two men had indeed been behind the shooting which killed Carvajal.

With a federal case, prosecutors can't just charge someone suspected of murder, there has to be special circumstances such as the murder of a federal official.

Lacking those circumstances, federal prosecutors must convict a suspect with committing the act while also doing something else that violates federal law.

Local police were also reportedly angered by the state's attorney's office and their hesitance to proceed.

Alderman Gilbert Villegas, in whos ward the murder took place, tweeted at the time that police had provided prosecutors with three eyewitnesses and video.

Villegas added: 'This family deserves justice as well as the hundreds of families who have unsolved murders pending #pleasedoyourjob.'

Chicago police had also been provided with evidence that the car and phone of one of the suspects was found near the scene, according to CWB.

Despite this, Foxx's office said they 'conducted a thorough review' of the evidence and deemed it 'insufficient to meet our burden of proof to file murder charges'.

Speaking to WTTW in 2022, his sister Jennifer Ramirez hit out at prosecutors in the Windy City, in particular Foxx.

She told the outlet: 'Her team decided that even with all the evidence and the witnesses and a singled out person, it still wasn't enough.

'We have camera footage, we have footage from the city's camera so we don't understand.

'My brother Chrys took an oath to serve and protect this country, this community.

'He was working to become a Chicago police officer as well. He was going to serve and protect your city, the least you can do is bring justice.'

It is not the first time that Foxx has been criticized for her handling of a case, with several members of staff leaving the office since her appointment.

James Murphy resigned in 2022 and publicly said that he had 'zero confidence' in the leadership of Foxx – claiming she rushed state law and is 'focused on PR stunts'.

Former mayor Lori Lightfoot previously accused Foxx of harming public safety after she prioritized vacating convictions for those framed or falsely accused of drug crimes by corrupt police officers.

In 2020, liberal funder George Soros donated $2million to a PAC that backed Foxx in her re-election campaign.

She won the race and has since offered deferred prosecutions and softball deals to criminals.

#1  Lightfoot and Foxx were both destroying Chicago. Lightfoot was trying to loot it while Foxx is sinking it. Soros is likely happy with both of them.

Bob Casey 'Fakes Phone Call' to Avoid Questions on Funding Center Accused of Transing Children
[Breitbart] Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) allegedly used a fake phone call to avoid answering questions about hundreds of thousands of dollars in federal funding he secured for a Philadelphia LGBTQ center that reportedly “performs sex change surgeries on minors.”

The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) shared a video on Wednesday morning of Casey ignoring questions about the funds he secured for the Mazzoni Center as he walked down the street and spoke into his phone.

The NRSC wrote in the post that Casey, who is up for reelection against Republican businessman Dave McCormick, “fake[d] a phone call when asked why he gave $400k in federal funds to a controversial center that performs sex change surgeries on minors.”

During the 43-second clip, Casey does not look at the camera once. While speaking into the phone, he can be heard saying, “Maybe we can reschedule that later?”

The Daily Mail first reported on Saturday that Casey nabbed $400,000 in funding for the Mazzoni Center, citing a Facebook post from the group.

In the post, the Mazzoni Center boasts that its leadership and Casey announced a $400,000 “congressional appropriation for medical equipment and facility upgrades, including a building generator to protect refrigerated pharmaceuticals and vaccines.”

Per the Mail, “the center is known to provide puberty blockers and hormone therapy for patients, including kids.”

“In addition to providing treatment at the center, the group also connects patients to surgeons who can perform sex-change procedures. In Pennsylvania, these surgeries on minors are legal,” the outlet’s Jon Michael Raasch added.

The group has also reportedly been tied to multiple transgender youth events, including backing a “Pride Prom” for LGBTQ high-school-aged teens, per the Mail.

What is more, the Mazzoni Center’s website touts its bi-monthly “Femme University,” which is “a workshop aimed at catering to the younger generation of trans or gender nonconforming femmes.”

Those who participate in the workshop develop their “own definition of femme.”

Government Corruption
Fulton Co. Fani Willis DA's & Judge Glanville Accused of Threatening a witness and co-defendant.
[Fox5Atlants] It seems we might now have Fulton Co. Judge Glanville accused of holding a closed door meeting in private chambers w/o the Defense lawyers present. Add to the legal issue, when it was discovered, Judge Glanville refused to excuse himself as required by law, and demanded the source of the leak from the defense attorney. The attorney refused and was held in contempt of court.

Plus, it was also claimed that a co-defendant/witness was threatened during this meeting with additional jail time and more, if he took the 5th and refused to testify for the Fulton Co. DA's office.

It should shoot up a Red Flares ...
having other lawyers asking how many times has this been previously done with Judges and Fulton Co. Fani Willis DA's to get convictions...

Biden repeatedly watched his dog attack Secret Service as staff wished each other ‘safe shift': docs
[NY Post] Low life who never trained his dog
President Biden repeatedly watched his German shepherd Commander attack Secret Service members, who wished each other a "safe shift" as the number of incidents mounted — with one exasperated workplace safety professional urging the use of a muzzle, agency records show.

The number of dog attacks involving Commander, who the White House said in February was given away after more than two years of terrorizing professionals assigned to protect Biden; and former first dog Major, who was rehomed in 2021 after also attacking personnel; could top three dozen, the newly surfaced records suggest.

The 81-year-old president reportedly accused a Secret Service member of lying about being attacked by Major during his first year in office, but was present for at least three separate attacks involving Commander, files released to Judicial Watch under Freedom of Information Act litigation show.

A previously unreported incident on Sept. 12, 2023, featured a pair of bites in which Commander tore holes in a Secret Service member’s suit as Biden took him for a walk in the Kennedy Garden along the South Lawn of the White House.

The president "took Commander (on a leash) to the Kennedy Garden this evening for a walk," the special agent assigned to the Presidential Protective Division wrote in a report.

"While [Biden] and Commander were in the Kennedy Garden I was standing half way from the Book-Sellers [lobby] and the Family Theater," the agent wrote, referring to the area where the main White House connects to the East Wing.

"[Biden] opened the Book-Seller door and said [redacted]. As I started to walk toward him to see if he needed help, Commander ran through his legs and bit my left arm through the front of my jacket. I pulled my arm away and yelled no," the victim wrote.

"[President Biden] also yelled [redacted] to Commander. [Biden] then [redacted]. I obliged and Commander let me pet him."

"When turning to close the door," the special agent went on, "Commander jumped again and bit my left arm for the second time. [Biden] again yelled at Commander and attached the leash to him.

A Secret Service agent’s suit was torn by Commander on Sept. 12, 2023, when President Biden took the dog for a walk.

Photos included in the report show damage to the agent’s suit and dress shirt, for which they sought reimbursement.

The latest batch of internal agency records show mounting frustration over the handling of the animals.

On Sept. 25, 2023, following yet another attack involving Commander, a sergeant in the Secret Service’s uniformed division wrote an colleague: "FYI- there was a dog bite and the Officer may need to go to the hospital ... Have a safe shift!" It’s unclear if Biden was present for that incident.

#1  I don't buy it.
I've been bitten with damage 3 times, always by small (<30 lbs) dog 'pets'. The biggest threat was infection.

Fortunately I've never been charged by a big (80-120 lb) dog with with damage intent. Well, there was one, in Korea. As he leapt I caught him by the shoulders, thumbs in his armpits, spun and slammed him to the pavement. Knocked him silly.

Trying to fend one off by offering a forearm just makes it a target, even in play. Likely these animals were redeemable before they were destroyed.

#5  If it were just Commander, I’d say it was the dog. When it’s both dogs, the owner is — intentionally or no — maltraining them. Shepherds are smart, aware, and protective, instinctively responding to their human’s feelings and intentions.

It’s true that German shepherds have been overbred, leading to known weaknesses in the strain, but even so.

Joe Biden Scolds Gun Owners After Hunter's Conviction: 'Who in God's Name Needs a Magazine That Holds 200 Shells?'
[BREITBART] In a speech Tuesday afternoon to activists at a gun control event, President Biden asked, "Who in God’s name needs a magazine that holds 200 shells?"
Say you'e out hunting for groceries and a whole herd of elk cross the road right in front of you.
He asked this question during a speech given just hours after his son, Hunter, was convicted on three gun charges.
Which do you use? Your S&W 626 revolver, chambered in .357 mag? (6 rounds) Your 1911 .45? (10 rounds) Your AR-15 (200 rounds, count 'em) Your B40 RPG? (one round)? Or your 115 mm main gun (40 round basic load)?
During his speech, Biden continued his push for an "assault weapons" ban, then asked, "Who in God’s Name Needs a Magazine That Holds 200 Shells?"
The 626 is gonna break your wrist. The 1911 is gonna whack you in the face when you fire it. The B40's just a stick after you fire it. And your main gun is gonna take half your face off because you were dumb enough to buy a T62 because they were on sale cheap and nobody told you about the autoloader problem.
The crowd answered by screaming, "Nobody!"
Personally, I'd go with the AR-15. 200 rounds should let you take down a really big herd of elk.
Biden responded, "Nobody, that’s right."
If the buffalo come back, you might need to tape another magazine to the end of first one.
He then went on to recount a time he was campaigning "in the wetlands in Delaware," claiming he came across a fisherman who said, "You want to take my gun."
"I said, 'No. I don't want your AR14, Chuck. If I need a gun, my kid's got lots of them! I want your fishing rod!"
Biden said he responded by saying, "I don’t want to take your gun, you’re allowed to have a gun, but I want to take your ability to use and ’assault weapon.'"
"So me and Corn Pop broke his fingers. Then we had a shower together.”
