#9 The last time I looked there was a dearth of hangers at Diego - and Barksdale etc. if they actually took 18 months to plan this exercise there is no way the US/UK intel sides weren’t read in, consulted and gave it their blessing. And the Russians (and the Chinese- at a minimum) know that. I’d anticipate asymmetric repercussions |
