The greatest activity of the Russian army is recorded in the Pokrovsk direction. There, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already repelled 47 attacks since the beginning of the day.
Since the beginning of the day, 107 combat clashes have already occurred on the front in ten directions. This was reported in the General Staff report on Sunday, June 1.
In total, the enemy carried out 3 missile and 50 air strikes, using six missiles and 50 guided bombs, 1,396 kamikaze drone strikes, and carried out more than 4,000 shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
In the Kharkov direction, the Defense Forces repelled an enemy assault in the Figolivka area, two more clashes continue in the areas of Glubokoe and Krasnoye Pervye.
The enemy attacked our fortifications in the Kupyansk direction seven times in the areas of the settlements of Stepovaya Novosyolovka and Novaya Kruglyakovka, one combat clash is still ongoing.
In the Liman direction today, Russian troops stormed the positions of Ukrainian defenders 19 times near the settlements of Grekovka, Novomykhaylovka, Nadezhda, Ridkodub and Yampol, three clashes continue to this day.
In the Seversky direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight attacks by enemy troops in the area of ​​Belogorovka, Verkhnekamyansky and in the direction of Grigoryevka.
Today our troops repelled three enemy attacks in the area of ​​Chasovy Yar and in the direction of Belaya Gora in the Kramatorsk direction, another battle is currently ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction, the occupiers stormed the positions of our defenders near Toretsk and Dilievka 11 times today.
In the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy carried out 47 assault and offensive actions during the day. The activity of the Russian occupiers was observed in the areas of the settlements of Popov Yar, Mirolyubovka, Malinovka, Lisovka, Udachnoye, Novosergeevka, Novomikolaevka and Andreevka. The fighting has not subsided to this day in three locations. There, our soldiers eliminated 145 and wounded 140 Russians in this direction; destroyed an armored personnel carrier, 13 cars, nine motorcycles, 31 UAVs, two electronic warfare systems, a Murom-M visual observation station, six shelters for personnel; an enemy mortar was also damaged.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the invaders carried out 14 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops, the enemy tried to advance in the areas of Novosyolka, Zelenoe Pole, Novopol, Volnoe Pole, Bagatyr, Konstantinopol and Oradnoe. One combat clash is currently ongoing.
In the Orekhov direction, Ukrainian defenders twice repelled an enemy offensive near the village of Stepovoye.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces in the Kursk direction today repelled 16 attacks by the invading army, three more clashes remain unfinished; the enemy carried out five airstrikes, dropping 14 KAB, and also carried out 195 shellings, six of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
While in other areas there have been no significant changes in the situation.
The General Staff noted the Ukrainian soldiers of the 27th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine and the 406th Separate Artillery Brigade named after General Ensign Oleksiy Almazov, who are steadfastly holding back the enemy.
Let us recall that from February 24, 2022 to June 1, 2025, the total combat losses of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine amounted to approximately 988,560 people (+1,230 per day).
Earlier, Ukrainian servicemen captured 10 Russian soldiers in the Kursk direction.
