[Korrespondent] Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding back Russian offensive in eastern and southern Ukraine.
The most tense situation is in the Pokrovsky direction, where Russian invaders have organized more than 30 attacks.
Since the beginning of the current day, the total number of combat clashes along the entire front line is 90. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an operational report on Saturday, April 26.
Thus, in the Kupyansk direction, the Russians tried to advance three times in the areas of Kruglyakovka and Zagryzovo.
In the Liman direction, the aggressor attacked 12 times in the areas of the settlements of Nadiya, Cherneshchyna, Grekovka, Novoye, Novomikhaylovka and in the direction of Serebryanka. Currently, three combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Seversky direction, two enemy offensive actions continue near the settlements of Belogorovka and Verkhnekamenskoye.
In the Kramatorsk direction, seven enemy attempts to advance forward near Chasovy Yar, Kurdyumovka, Stupochki and Belaya Gora have been repelled. Three more attacks are ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked nine times in the areas of Druzhba, Leonidovka and Toretsk. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy attacked 31 times near the settlements of Sukhaya Balka, Elizavetovka, Novotoretskoye, Promin, Lisovka, Dachenskoye, Udachnoye, Uspenovka, Preobrazhenka, Kotlyarovka and Andreyevka. Three clashes are still ongoing.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, four enemy attacks have been stopped in the areas of the settlements of Privolnoye, Dneproenergiya and Razliv. Two more attacks are still ongoing.
In the Orekhov direction , one attack has been repelled, two more are ongoing. The enemy is trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Malye Shcherbaki and Stepovoye.
In the Dnieper direction, our defenders successfully stopped one enemy attack.
Six military clashes took place in the Kursk direction , one battle is still ongoing.
Let us recall that in the course of 24 hours on April 25, Russia lost more than 1,100 soldiers killed and wounded at the front. Total Russian losses since the beginning of the war are approaching 1 million people.
