| Pam Bondi Divulges the Disturbing Details on Two Judges Arrested for Protecting Illegal Immigrants |

| [TOWNHALL] Attorney General Pam Bondi highlighted two cases in which federal authorities arrested two judges for allegedly trying to shield illegal im The two cases occurred over the past few days in Wisconsin and New Mexico. During an appearance on Fox News' "America Reports," Bondi commented on Judge Joel Cano and his wife's arrest in New Mexico. The couple is accused of harboring an undocumented Democrat suspected of being a member of the Tren de Aragua street gang in their home. Cano is facing obstruction charges, Bondi explained. ''He took one of the TdA members' cell phones himself, took it, beat it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked the pieces to a city dumpster to dispose of it to protect him.'' His wife is also facing charges for destroying evidence, the attorney general said. | #3 Wisconsin judge may have had authority to grant her illegal sanctuary in her court until ICE came back with a judicial warrant - standard administrative warrant would only be valid on public property and it might be arguable that a courtroom is not exactly public property under the law. ICE could have just stayed outside and arrested him when he left or waited for their judicial warrant and gone in and gotten him. We'll have to wait and see how it unfolds but I will be surprised if the charges against the judge stand. |

| #2 The Wisc. "Judge" - beastly troll that she is - is just Bat Shit crazy. Allegedly, the TDA in New Mexico was hired by the judge's wife for handyman work around the house and stayed on. You thinking what I'm thinking? Just how handy was he? |
