| #1 Yemen relly has only two important ports, Hodeida and Aden. Aden has generally managed to escape the warfare, and Hodeida has been bombed back to the stone age. There was one major and only three rather minor ports under Houthi control and they are being blasted to smithereens. Very soon, trade will only be carried out through the southernmost ports in the Hadhramaut, and once again the Yemeni population will be rushing pellmell to return to where it belongs -- the 13th Century. |
