[Korrespondent] Ukrainian Armed Forces Contain Russian Attacks in Eastern and Southern Ukraine.
The Russians are again most active in the Pokrovsky direction. There, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already repelled 47 attacks, and 11 combat clashes are ongoing.
The Russian invaders have significantly increased their activity at the front. Since the beginning of the day, 202 combat clashes have occurred, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in an operational report as of 16:00 on Tuesday, March 11.
Thus, in the Kharkov direction, the enemy carried out offensive actions five times in the direction of the settlements of Glubokoe and Volchansk.
In the Kupyansk direction, the Russians attacked positions in the areas of Novaya Kruglyakovka, Petrovpavlovka and Zagryzovo 40 times. Five combat clashes are currently ongoing.
In the Liman direction, the invading army carried out 18 attacks near the settlements of Grekovka, Yampolovka, Novomikhaylovka, Novoye and Zelenaya Dolina. Seven combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Seversky direction, two attacks were repelled in the direction of Belogorovka and Verkhnekamenskoye. Three more clashes are still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are repelling four assaults in the areas of Maisky, Chasovy Yar and Stupochki. Nine attacks have already ended unsuccessfully for the enemy.
In the Toretsk direction, 21 assaults by the occupiers have been stopped near Dilievka, Dachnoye, Druzhba, Kurdyumovka and Toretsk. Another six combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian invaders carried out 58 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vodyanoye Vtoroye, Novotroitskoye, Promin, Lisovka, Novoukrainka, Zelenoe, Zverevoye, Leontovichi, Sergeyevka, Udachnoye, Novoaleksandrovka, Nadeyevka, Preobrazhenka, Bogdanovka, Katerinovka, Alekseyevka, Shevchenko and Andreyevka. The defense forces repelled 47 enemy attacks, 11 clashes continue.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy tried to break through 15 times in the areas of Konstantinopol, Yekaterinovka, Volnoye Pole and Burlatskoye. Three combat clashes are currently ongoing.
In the Gulyai-Polye direction, 15 battles took place in the areas of the settlements of Privolnoye, Zelenoe Pole, Novosyolka and Novopol.
In the Orekhov direction, the enemy carried out nine assaults in the direction of the settlements of Novodanilovka, Stepnoye, Pyatikhatki, Shcherbaki, Kamenskoye and Lobkovoye. At present, four combat clashes remain unfinished.
In the Dnieper direction the enemy attacked twice unsuccessfully.
There were 23 armed clashes in the Kursk direction, 14 of which are still ongoing.
Let us recall that in the course of 24 hours on March 10, Russia lost 1,300 soldiers killed and wounded at the front. The total number of losses since the beginning of the war is approaching 900 thousand people.
