No word yet on cause of death. [NYPOST] Israeli officials revealed hostage Shiri Bibas' remains were not in any of the four caskets released by Hamas ![]() early Thursday in a ''serious violation'' by the terrorist group. Shiri, Ariel and Kfir were kidnapped from their home during the Oct. 7 terrorist attack.Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir were kidnapped from their home during the Oct. 7 terrorist attack. Obtained by The New York Post The Israel Defense Forces told the Bibas family that while the bodies of young hostages Ariel and Kfir were positively identified Thursday, the third body was not that of the children's mother Shiri. The mother's body was supposed to be released along with the remains of her two kids as part of the Israel-Hamas cease-fire deal. The IDF slammed Hamas in a statement Thursday and demanded Shiri's body be returned to the Jewish state. ''This is a very serious violation by the Hamas terrorist organization, which is required by the agreement to return four dead hostages,'' the IDF reportedly said. ''We demand that Hamas return Shiri home along with all of our hostages.'' Hamas put propaganda material in hostages’ coffins, Israel fumes to mediators — report [IsraelTimes] In addition to the gleeful ceremony ridden with propaganda in which Hamas this morning paraded the caskets of four Israeli civilian hostages, including two young kids, the terror group inserted additional propaganda material into the coffins it handed back to Israel, the Kan public broadcaster reports. After Israeli officials found the material inside, Jerusalem reportedly contacted the mediators of the current ceasefire and hostage deal — Egypt, Qatar and the United States — and demanded stern action against what it says was a desecration of the sanctity of the dead. |

#8 ^^TW The whole TDS thing is a marvel and a mystery. It has turned otherwise kind and intelligent people (my whole family) totally unapproachable on the subject. |

#7 A strong possibility, Elmerert Hupens2660. It needs to be met with a strong statement of what will happen to all involved including the final owner if she is not returned within 48 hours, including well beyond Egypt if necessary. Because I imagine Mossad already has a pretty good idea of the ratlines and personalities involved — in general, at least — and the teams would no doubt enjoy being sent out “weapons free”. (Yes, I am livid. I spoke sharply to poor Mr. Wife yesterday, who’d done nothing to deserve it except loathe the very idea of Donald Trump. As usual, this upset me considerably more than it did him.) |

#6 I think they didn't return her because they couldn't. AFAIK the tunnels to Sinai were open for months after 10/7. My hypothesis is that after Hamas murdered the children she was sold/loaned as a trophy slave to some affluent party outside Gaza and transported there via Sinai. As Israel took control over the Gaza/Sinai border she couldn't be returned clandestinely. |

#5 Squeezing the last breath of air out of an infant is a culture that needs to be forgotten. |

#3 By 1947 the diabolical, murdering Schutzstaffel were "wiped out." Why not Hamas ? |

#1 The way Hamas has handed over the coffins of infants they killed in cold blood tells a lot about them. Nothing we didn't know already, of course. Wipe them from the face of this earth. |
