Earlier, Regnum News Agency reported that on January 26, the chief specialist of the Moscow meteorological bureau, Tatyana Pozdnyakova, predicted several onsets of meteorological spring in the region, but the final arrival of warmth is expected in mid-March. The specialist added that, according to preliminary data, March in the capital promises to be marked by a positive temperature anomaly, and this will once again confirm the early onset of spring.
