Russian troops are increasing pressure on the Defense Forces positions near Andreevka in Donbas, in particular from Slavyanka and Petrovpavlovka. The enemy is trying to break through to the village using the ravine terrain and fortified lines. This was reported by DeepState analysts on Sunday, February 2.
Earlier, a concentration of enemy infantry was recorded on the north-eastern outskirts of Andreevka. Russian troops are trying to consolidate their position in the area, breaking through in different directions, in particular through the engineering and fortification structures between Andreevka and Shevchenko.
"Recently, everyone could see a "red enclave" in the north-eastern outskirts of Andreevka, which someone perceived as an error or a bug. In fact, this is a reflection of the presence and consolidation of the Katsap infantry in the outskirts of the village, which are climbing from different sides, even through the positions of the Defense Forces," the analysts noted.
The Ukrainian military is fighting defensive battles, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. At the same time, the Russians are concentrating their forces between the settlements of Ulakli and Dachnoye, which may indicate the preparation of new attacks in this direction.
Let us recall that in several settlements of the Komarska and Kryvyi Rih communities in the Donetsk region, mandatory forced evacuation of families with children has been introduced.
As is known, Russian troops are trying to encircle Pokrovsk from the south and north, but the occupiers’ plans are failing.
