Male Inmate Sues Trump For Not Letting Him Serve Time In Women's Prison | ||

![]() , alleging that his constitutional rights have been violated after he was removed from a women's prison in the wake of an executive order. The inmate, Maria Moe, who was housed at a female prison, alleges the order violates the Constitution and federal law because it ''directly targets transgender Americans by attempting to deny them legal recognition under federal law and to strip them of long-established legal protections'' and will deny transgender inmates ''medically necessary healthcare,'' according to the lawsuit. Trump signed the order, titled Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government, within hours of taking the oath of office. #10 For the sake of argument, let's use 9-14K as the number of transes in the military. Losing them would certainly be a loss, especially at a time when recruiting is down. But the world is a dynamic place - one thing changes and others respond to that. Perhaps one reason recruitment is down is because people who would normally join the military are repelled by all the DEI/woke/trans nonsense. Just for grins, let's be serious again and see if enlistment rates change. I'm guessing most of these "persons" are not the toothy part of the armed forces. You need the tail for support, but losing randomly selected supply clerks, typists, paper-shufflers and zampolits is not like losing a SEAL team. I'd further wager that more than a few of the about to be departed are involved in DEI/woke/trans nonsense and will not be missed. |

#9 Political officers and anyone bucking for promotion. Don't need either one in a serious military. As for the rest, don't need people with serious mental conditions in the military either. As for Beans Bullets & Boots, which gets bumped for the hormones drugs and additional health care required for the physical transmuters? |
