[NYPOST] A DC federal judge ordered the Trump administration Tuesday to keep distributing trillions in federal assistance, just as a days-long freeze was due to take effect at close of business. US District Judge Loren AliKhan
The Vaeth memo further admonished agency heads to ''identify and review all Federal financial assistance programs and supporting activities consistent with the President's policies and requirements.'' #1 Need to start the list of judges who play these games of 'entertaining' suits to undermine the separation of powers. One branch that sits for life and is unaccountable to the people does not make this country a republic. |
