#4  Well when Xi came to visit under Bush’s presidency he didn’t visit Bush, he went straight to MSFT.

MSFT is partner with UW in the design build of GIX facility about a mile from MSFT or so. GIX China’s MIT.

Probably good odds CCP owned still, just not on paper. They would have anticipated and laid the groundwork probably years ago.

#3  If Windows update is anything to go by, we will soon be required to use TikTok.

Question: How much will the CCP still own, or have operational control, of if this is approved?

As we already know, the CCP requires 51% state ownership of all China related business operations. So what changes with the CCP having 51% control?

BTW: "Currently, about 40 percent of Microsoft's China cloud computing business comes from helping multinationals set up such operations in the nation, 40 percent from helping Chinese companies go global, and about 20 percent from delivering specific industry expertise within China, Bao said."
