| #4 ...In a perfect world, Trump's SECTREAS would make the following comment: "...There is, bluntly, no possible way to assess and resolve this issue in time to avoid a shutdown, and the Biden administration and the Biden Administration ALONE is responsible for this. Accordingly, I am asking President Trump to approve a partial government shutdown. This could take at a minimum, several days. We will not be bullied, we will not be cajoled, we will not be rushed.
