| #4 if the Ukraine was inclined to bribery they would probably be smart enough to do it through multiple intermediaries, shell corporations, NGOs, etc. |

| #2 Remember this is all US TAXPAYER KICK BACK $$$$$$. So they have violated a handful of laws, while screwing US over. However, most of those guilty, due to age, likely would die or be placed in a 5 Star care facility, before a trial ever happened. So also add the following to the list: 18 U.S.Code § 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES, 18 U.S. Code § 11 - BRIBERY, GRAFT, AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST, 18 U.S. Code § 666 - Theft or bribery concerning programs receiving Federal funds |
