| #5 They also have to live long enough to collect. If (when?) the rebels take over, they're unlikely to let the career soldiers live. Even if they do let them live, they're not going to pay them. |

| #1 The problem when you do this is each guy wonders why it didn’t happen a couple months ago. If they have been working for half of what they are worth for a while then does the new rate reflect their current true value. |
