| #2 these will be legal immigrants and the fields they will be working in, e.g., construction, meatpacking, etc. are, in some parts of the USA, critically shorthanded health care is one such area where hospitals, rehab and long term care are shorthanded (the unskilled jobs) and it presents significant problems |
