Ukrainian troops are wearing down the Russian invaders along the entire front line and in the rear.
Since the beginning of the day, 108 combat clashes have occurred on the front. The greatest activity of Russians is observed in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhovsky directions. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a report as of 16:00 on Sunday, November 9.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried to advance towards Ukrainian positions in the areas of Kucherivka, Kruglyakovka and Lozove during the day. Two enemy attacks are still ongoing. In total, four combat clashes were recorded in the direction. Enemy aviation struck Kupyansk with five guided air bombs.
Russian troops have increased the number of attacks to 14 in the Liman direction . Combat actions took place near Grekovka, Nevsky, Torskoye and Belogorovka. Four combat clashes are ongoing. Enemy bombers carried out strikes in the areas of Terny and Yampolevka.
In the Seversk direction, the enemy advanced near Verkhnekamenskoye and carried out air strikes with guided aerial bombs in the Seversk area.
In the Kramatorsk direction, defenders repelled an attack by the occupiers in the area of ​​Belaya Gora. The enemy continues to destroy Chasov Yar with air strikes, and today has already dropped nine UABs and carried out strikes with unguided air missiles.
In the Toretsk direction, the invaders attacked six times in the area of ​​Toretsk, Dilievka, Shcherbinovka and Nelipovka. Four attacks were repelled, two battles are still ongoing. The enemy dropped two UABs on Konstantinovka.
The enemy remains highly active in the Pokrovsky direction. Clashes of varying intensity have broken out here 28 times today. Fighting is currently ongoing in the Luch area.
The situation remains tense in the Kurakhovsky direction . Near Ilyinka, Novoselidovka, Novodmitrovka, Maksimilyanovka, Dalniy, Yekaterinovka and Antonovka, 16 assaults have been repelled, and seventeen battles are currently ongoing.
In the Vremovsky direction, the Russians are trying to advance near Bogoyavleniye, Trudovoye and Maksimovka. In Pridneprovsky, the defenders repelled one enemy assault.
In other directions, the enemy is launching air strikes and artillery shelling at the positions of our troops and populated areas.
Today, the Russians have carried out nine airstrikes on Kurshchyna , dropping 15 UABs. Also in this direction, Ukrainian soldiers are repelling enemy attacks, of which there are already 13 today.
Let us recall that over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 1,660 occupiers. Since the beginning of the full-scale war against Ukraine, the Russian army has lost 707,540 soldiers.
