He believes that the Russians' target is the city of Zaporizhia. At the same time, there has been no significant transfer of human resources to the Zaporizhia direction.

HOW WILL UKRAINE RESPOND?
In addition to the so-called "victory plan" that he previously presented to Western partners, President Volodymyr Zelensky is preparing another plan. This time, it is intended for Ukraine itself.
According to the BBC, Zelensky has ordered proposals to be developed for a so-called internal action plan that would help the country survive the war. The plan is planned to be presented by the end of the year.
We are talking about a document that will concern internal decisions in many areas - the military-industrial complex, defense, economics, social policy and others.
According to Zelensky, the action plan will include steps that Ukraine itself must take in the context of a war with Russia.
“The goal is to do everything possible to maintain unity and achieve results in various areas of the country’s development,” explained a source in Zelensky’s team.
