#5 The 2nd stage that landed in the ocean off of Australia nailed the landing site but still had some burn through on one set of fins. The newer starships waiting to launch have that fin pair moved. There is still one ship with the fins in the same place. I don't think they will try to land that one on the catch arms but the newer ones they may. They still need to fire the vacuum engines and play with the starship's (2n stage) movements in space so I can see dunking one more in the ocean then after those issues are solved landing the newer version 2 starship on land also. That means all stages to earth. There is the interstage that is thrown away currently. When block 2 boosters come online there will be no throw away bits of the rocket. |
