| #2 Long career for this guy. Recognized as a terrorist administrator by early 2000s. When he took over command of the IRGC in 2019 he wasn't given a promotion in military rank. He was in charge of the unit that shot down a civilian plane in early 2020 which did a number on his reputation but now he has recovered and has received the rank of Major General. |
