FEMA blocking food and water donations to disaster in the mountains

Just got down from the mountains delivering supplies.

Families with kids haven’t ate or had water in 3 days before I got there.

Multiple counties completely shutoff from every utility.

FEMA is currently confiscating donations and blocking volunteers.

I fear we might need...

#6  It is hard to imagine a more heinous crime than unlawful rescuing.

Maybe it is just my Inner Boy Scout, but why doesn't FEMA have plans and resources to mobilize and manage local transportation resources, both air and ground? It's not like this is their first rodeo.
