The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. #1  For every left-wing media article that I read about arabs mourning Nasrallah, I read an arab article about Arabs, Druze, Christians celebrating his death.
Celebrating by and passing out sweets. These sweets were no joke, were are not talking about $.05 7-11 candies, these were baklava and other upscale pastries. Looked tasty, I wanted some.
