Hashem Safieddine: possible successor to Hezbollah chief Nasrallah
2024-09-29 | |
[GEO.TV] Hashem Safieddine, a potential successor to his slain cousin His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah ...The satrap of the Medes and the Persians in Leb...> , is one of Hezbollah's most prominent figures and has deep religious and family ties to the Iran. Safieddine bears a striking resemblance to his charismatic maternal cousin Nasrallah but is several years his junior, aged in his late 50s or early 60s. A source close to Hezbollah, requesting anonymity as they were not authorised to speak to the media, said the grey-bearded, bespectacled Safieddine was the "most likely" candidate for the party's top job. The United States and Saudi Arabia ![]() put Safieddine, who is a member of Hezbollah's powerful decision-making Shura Council, on their respective lists of designated "terrorists" in 2017. The US Treasury described him as "a big shot" in Hezbollah and "a key member" of its executive. While Hezbollah deputy chief Naim Qassem ![]() ... the Grand Vizier of the Hezbullies... automatically takes over the Hezbollah leadership after Nasrallah's death, the Shura Council must meet to elect a new secretary-general. Safieddine has strong ties with Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneouslytaking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militiasto extend the regime's influence. The word Iranis a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGCis the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA).The term Supreme Guideis a the modern version form of either Duceor Führeror maybe both. They hate after undertaking religious studies in the holy city of Qom.
Safieddine’s public statements often reflect Hezbollah’s alignment with the Palestinian cause. Nasrallah “started tailoring positions for him within a variety of different councils within Lebanese Hezbollah. Some of them were more opaque than others. They’ve had him come, go out and speak,” said Phillip Smyth, an expert who studies Iran-backed Shiite terrorist organizations. Safieddine’s family ties and a physical resemblance to Nasrallah, as well as his religious status as a descendant of Mohammed, would all count in his favor. He has also been vocal in his criticism of US policy. In response to American pressure on Hezbollah, he stated in 2017, “This mentally impeded, crazy US administration headed by [Donald] Trump will not be able to harm the resistance.” Related: Hashem Safieddine 07/05/2024 Hezbollah vows to attack 'new sites' in Israel in response to commander's killing Hashem Safieddine 06/13/2024 Hezbollah rains rockets on Israel after strike kills commander Hashem Safieddine 05/18/2024 Safieddine warns Israel 'Hezbollah ready to use new weapons' Related: Naim Qassem 09/23/2024 Hezbollah deputy leader says confrontation with Israel is now 'open-ended battle of reckoning', Macron sez France stands with Lebanon - both powerless to effect events Naim Qassem 06/07/2024 Hezbollah kills one Israeli soldier in cross-border clash Naim Qassem 05/24/2024 Heads of Iran-allied militant groups meet in Tehran

#3 Per Islamic sayings Mohammad had no sons but one daughter, Fatima. Fatima married Ali, the first Iman of Shia (assasinated in about 661) and had two sons, Hasen (the 2nd Iman either poisoned or died of disease in about 680) and Husayn (the 3rd Iman died in battle about 680). |

#1 Reference the 'Black Turbin'; historically families have paid big money to genealogists to 'prove' their relationship to the Prophet Muhamad. In places like Egypt, Sudan and Libya it is a racket that has survived for years. |
