| [Yahoo] A man who killed 10 people at a Colorado supermarket has been found guilty of murder in the 2021 attack, becoming the latest person to fail in an attempt to be acquitted by reason of insanity. Jurors found Ahmad Alissa ...more fully Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, the ISIS-curious, Trump-hating, untreated paranoid schizophrenic known wolf whose aggressive, infidel-hating Syrian refugee family did not bother to stop him from getting guns and running amok in a Jewish grocery store just before Passover. Mr. Al Issa would have preferred to shoot up a Trump rally the previous year, but the Covid shutdown meant the scheduled rallies were cancelled. Last we heard, he was deemed incompetent to stand trial, but in the meantime he appears to have become competent enough… guilty on Monday. | #1 Where is the punishment for the crime, When the system practically rewards the murderer? Free HVAC living, regular meals, snacks, Free healthcare, some internet access, all at no cost and even more. All at a cost to the public taxpayers ranging between $57K to $84K a year. How about the application of sentences that are a deterrent, like a realistically applied Death Penalty? A speedy appeals process requiring all appeals to be filed within 3 years and if the appeals fail the application of the death sentence within the next 2 years. With a total of 5 years, for the whole process. Instead of the current system that allows any Liberal Lawyer to milk the system for 20 to 30 years. Then apply the death sentence in the same way the murderer did to his victim(s). |
