| #2 This would be a massive pay increase for the oilfield and it's 84 hr work week. I work 2 weeks, 12 hrs days then have 2 weeks off. I'll take it. |

| #1 probably should limit this to the first $10-15k or so of overtime It is not good to incentivize heavy stress on workers. |
