According to him, the militants are being recruited in order to use them in “their new planned vile operations.” At the same time, the Ukrainian special services are also interested in other regions, Lavrov added.
As reported by the Regnum news agency, on September 10, the Turkish newspaper Aydinlik, citing sources, reported that Ukraine held talks with representatives of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in Syria to attract militants to operations against Russia.
According to local sources, the Ukrainian delegation called on the terrorists to release radical Chechen and Georgian militants held in the terrorist prison, offering 75 unmanned aerial vehicles in exchange for their release.
