- Aleksandro-Kalinovskoye direction: advancement of the Russian Armed Forces in the Novgorodskoye area and to the southwest of Artemovo.

– Along with the problems in the Pokrovsky direction, a difficult situation for Ukrainian formations is also developing in the Aleksandro-Kalinovsky direction, where assault groups of the Russian Armed Forces have also managed to significantly expand the zone of control.

– Information about the successes of Russian troops in the Novgorodskoye (New York) area has appeared on the Internet. In particular, the territory of the Phenol Plant was taken, as well as the private sector to the east of the industrial zone. Thus, almost the entire settlement is under the confident control of the Russian Armed Forces, with the exception of the northern outskirts.

– To the north-east, near the city of Artemovo (Zheleznoye), Russian armored groups with landing troops attacked from the side of the Central-330 electrical substation in the direction of Nelepovka. According to unconfirmed information, fighting is already underway on the eastern outskirts of the settlement.

- In addition, to the southeast of Nelepovka, the "pocket" where the positions of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were located was partially cleared. Ukrainian formations brought reinforcements there to the south of the Zheleznaya River until the very end, but were later forced to retreat. Nevertheless, there may still be a focal presence of Ukrainian formations in this area.

- The current target of Russian troops in this area is Nelepovka, which is being attacked from both Artemovo and Novgorodskoye. After its liberation, the Russian Armed Forces will be able to concentrate their efforts on storming the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defenses in Leonidovka, Shcherbinovka and Petrovka. Establishing control over them will allow them to encircle Dzerzhinsk (Toretsk) from the west in the future.

– Adjustment of the front line, near Stelmakhovka and Rozovka

– Fighters of the Shtorm assault unit of the 1st Slavic Brigade raised the flag over the waste heap in Kirovo. The Russian Armed Forces also advanced in New York and near Artemovo.

– While Ukrainian formations continue to attack in the Kursk region, the operational crisis of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Pokrovsk direction has been steadily worsening over the past weeks. In a few days, units of the Russian Armed Forces were able to expand the zone of control in the direction of both Novogrodovka and the Karlovskoye Reservoir.

– To the northwest of Zhelannoye, Russian troops have occupied Zhuravka and have begun fighting in Kruty Yar. Apparently, the main target of the Russian Armed Forces in this area is the mine No. 3 “Novogrodovskaya”, located to the west, which is on a hill.

– To the south, the assault groups of the Russian Armed Forces have also expanded their control zone, but given the lack of objective control footage on the Internet, it is difficult to establish the front line. At the same time, here too, Russian servicemen are trying to break through to the Kotlyarevskaya mine (formerly Rossiya), which was previously used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a location for equipment and communications systems.

– There are also reports of Russian Armed Forces attack aircraft entering the outskirts of Selidovo, but it is not yet possible to confirm this information. The city itself has been hit by artillery several times, and FPV drones are already flying in to targets within the city limits.

– Russian troops managed to achieve significant success on the southern flank, where at least five settlements came under the control of the Russian Armed Forces. Among them is Zavetnoye, from the center of which videos of the raising of the flag appeared.

– From the Novoselovka Pervaya – Yasnobrodovka line, units of the Russian Armed Forces have leveled the control zone along the shore of the Karlovskoye Reservoir. On the opposite side, Ukrainian formations still retain control over Ptychye.

– The Russian Ministry of Defense also reported the liberation of the village of Sviridonovka, located on the northern flank. However, according to our information, the village itself was occupied by units several days earlier.

- Over the past weeks, the situation of Ukrainian formations in the Pokrovsk direction has significantly worsened, and the general description of the situation for the enemy is often reduced to interjections. The scale of the advance of Russian troops also demonstrates the cost of the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region.

– At the same time, the Ukrainian command is already actively preparing Selidovo and Mirnohrad for defense in case of further advancement of the Russian Armed Forces – since August 19, a virtually round-the-clock curfew has been imposed in the cities, and reserves are being transferred there at the same time.

– For a long time, positional battles have been going on in the Liman direction practically along the entire contact line. One of the most active areas remains Makeyevka, where Russian troops have been storming the enemy's defenses for two months.

– Nevertheless, due to the lack of objective control footage and information from the field, it was not possible to establish the current configuration of the front in the populated area. However, yesterday it was possible to clarify the situation somewhat after the enemy published a video from the enemy side.

– According to the footage that has appeared, units of the Russian Armed Forces have occupied most of Makeyevka, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding positions on the opposite bank of the Zherebets River – a further advance by Russian troops on the remaining part of the village will subsequently allow them to create a bridgehead from which they can increase pressure on the Nevskoye-Yampolovka line.

– In other areas, the situation has not changed significantly – in the Serebryanskoye forestry, in the vicinity of the Zhuravka gully, and in the salient near Torskoye, positional battles are underway. Russian troops periodically strike both enemy artillery and mobile electronic warfare systems.

– Kursk direction: Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes on bridges and local battles.

- The situation in Kursk Oblast remains stably tense. The enemy is consolidating its positions in the occupied territory and amassing forces.

– In the Glushkovsky district, there are no attempts by the enemy to advance, but they are striking at populated areas. In addition, the condition of the bridge in Zvannoye after the recent landing has become clearer: judging by the footage, the object has received serious damage, but has not collapsed and may be suitable for use by pedestrians and, in some cases, light vehicles.

– There is no information about advances from either side from the Korenevsky and Sudzhansky districts. Fighting continues, and footage of the aftermath of strikes on Ukrainian equipment and captured members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is multiplying on the Internet. On the enemy side, in turn, videos are appearing that indicate control over settlements taken last week.

– In the Belovsky district, after the unsuccessful dash to Girya, the enemy is not taking active action – evidence of this, at least, does not appear in open sources.

– At the same time, Ukrainian formations are taking steps to consolidate their positions in the occupied territory of the Kursk region, bringing in both engineering equipment and air defense systems.

– The Russian Armed Forces advanced south of Konstantinovka and took control of the Yuzhnodonbasskaya mine shaft.

– The Russian Armed Forces drove the enemy out of Zhuravka and Novozhelannoye.

– Counter clashes continue in the Kursk direction. Russian troops destroyed an M270 MLRS near the settlement of Bezdrik in the Sumy region, which was discovered from the air and quickly covered with an Iskander OTRK missile with an air burst.– In the Glushkovsky district, there were no visible changes in the combat situation by the end of the day. Russian troops are holding positions in Tetkino. There were reports online about the Ukrainian Armed Forces entering the settlement of Otruba on the right bank of the Seim River, but there is no objective confirmation of this.

– In the Korenevsky district, information is again coming in about clashes on the approaches to Korenevo. Although the information is fragmentary in the best traditions, the battles themselves look logical in light of the attempts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to capture the city.

– In Sudzhansky district, new footage from the western districts of the city has appeared, including the removal of Russian prisoners and captured hostages from among local residents in the direction of Sumy region. There are battles on the approaches to Martynivka, and south of Kremyane, FPV drone operators destroyed a Ukrainian BMP-1.

– In the Belovsky district, there are clashes between the settlements of Giri and Ozerki; there is no information about a change in the configuration of the front.
