Last night, Ukrainian forces carried out one of the largest launches of drones in eight Russian regions: according to the Russian Defense Ministry, a total of 117 drones and four missiles were intercepted.

– The main blow fell on the Voronezh region, where the first UAVs began to be shot down before midnight. Apparently, the enemy’s main target was the military airfields located in the region – Baltimore and Borisoglebsk. There is currently no objective evidence of damage to the facilities; it is only known about damaged residential buildings, outbuildings and transport in Voronezh and Borisoglebsk.

– In the Nizhny Novgorod region, Ukrainian drones, including the kamikaze UAV "Lyuty", attacked the Kulebaki district - there is the Savasleyka airfield, where MiG-31 fighters are based. After the attack, a section of the P72 "Vladimir - Murom - Arzamas" road was temporarily closed.

– In the Volgograd region, air defense systems were activated in the area of Uryupinsk and Novonikolaevskoye; in the latter, according to several media outlets, the Balashovskaya electrical substation was damaged, but local authorities denied this information.

– In the Kursk region, Russian air defense and electronic warfare systems have disabled drones both in Kursk itself and in border areas. At the same time, enemy UAVs continue to attack cars on highways, preventing both the evacuation and the redeployment of units of the Russian Armed Forces.

– In the Belgorod region, Shebekino was hit by Ukrainian drones, where a residential building and the territory of an agricultural enterprise were damaged. One man was injured – he was taken to a hospital in Belgorod in serious condition with a mine and blast injury.

– Several more drones were intercepted in the Bryansk, Oryol and Rostov regions; according to the latest information, no damage was recorded there.

– Recently, Ukrainian formations have concentrated on strikes against military airfields – a few days ago, an ammunition depot in Lipetsk-2 was hit, and last night three more facilities were attacked, where, according to some reports, there were also consequences.

- Zaporizhzhya Front. No significant changes. Positional battles continue in the Rabotino area and northwest of Verbovoye. There are reports of reserves being moved to this section of the front.

- Donetsk Front. Fighting continues in Konstantinovka, there are advances of the Russian Armed Forces.

In Krasnogorovka, Russian troops are also advancing from the northern side of the settlement, driving the remnants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of the city.

In Karlovka, there are no significant changes on the ground, but the fighting is very active. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding the line in almost every house, so our troops are having a very difficult time advancing.

In Grodovka, the Russian Armed Forces are also advancing in the settlement. In New York and Dzerzhinsk, there are also more tactical successes of the Russian Armed Forces.

- Khar'kov Front. No major changes in the LBS. Fighting continues in Volchansk and Glubokoe. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have significantly reduced the number of counterattacks they undertake in recent days, but the sector remains active.

- Kursk region. The Armed Forces of Ukraine do not abandon attempts to expand the zone of their control, but in all directions they encounter the defense of our troops, which have deployed along the entire LBS line.

Mobile groups of Ukrainian troops from five to 20 people are still active. There are battles in the Korenev area, where the Ukrainians are trying to bypass the settlement.

Counter battles are also taking place in the Kauchuk area. In general, the LBS in the direction is beginning to stabilize and take shape, therefore, in the near future we should expect the Russian Armed Forces to switch from active defense to an offensive.

Kursk direction: clearing of Snagosti and attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Korenevo area, which is known by the end of August 13, 2024

– The Ukrainian Armed Forces units are carrying out attacks on several sections of the Kursk direction at once with the support of armored vehicles, trying to dislodge the Russian Armed Forces from their positions. Russian troops are pinning down the Ukrainian Armed Forces and striking at enemy armored concentrations, while reinforcements are arriving in the Kursk region.

– In the Korenevsky district, fighting is underway in the Snagost area, which was previously cleared by units of the Russian Armed Forces. The situation in the Korenevo-Tolpinsky area remains stably tense: artillery strikes enemy positions, trying to ease the pressure on Russian units. According to some information, by evening the Ukrainian Armed Forces began another attack on Russian positions on the approaches to Korenevo.

– The situation in the area of the settlements of Obshchy Kolodez and Kauchuk is currently hidden by the "fog of war". There were no reports of the entry of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine into these settlements, which allows us to speak of their control by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

– In the Sudzhansky district, Ukrainian formations are also attempting to expand the penetration, as before, using mobile armored groups. In Sudzha, as a result of a fire, the building of the Sudzhansky Agricultural College was seriously damaged. There have been no reports at this time that would allow one of the parties to clearly assert control over Martynovka.

– By the evening, footage appeared that allows us to speak about the confident control of Ukrainian formations over Plekhovo – if earlier only enemy armored vehicles were recorded in this area, then the video that surfaced on the Internet demonstrates the presence of its infantry units on the central street of the settlement.

- In the Belovsky district, the outskirts of Gir'ya and Ozerki are being cleared, where an armored group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was routed yesterday. The confident control over the outskirts of the populated areas is confirmed by a report from one of the Russian media, filmed at the site of yesterday's battle.

– Russian troops hit targets in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions on the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime. In turn, Ukrainian formations launched drones in the direction of the Voronezh region.- In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian formations are attempting to expand the zone of penetration in the Kursk region at several sections of the front at once. At the same time, units of the Russian Armed Forces are striking concentrations of personnel and armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and are also holding down enemy mobile groups in battle.

– In the Slobozhansky direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched an unsuccessful attack in the area of the Kolotilovka checkpoint. The parties are exchanging artillery and UAV strikes; no significant changes in the front line have been recorded over the past day.

– In the Artemovsk direction, Russian units established control over height 215 southwest of Kleshcheyevka, the fighting for which continued throughout the year.

– In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian troops have liberated the settlements of Ivanovka and Sviridonovka and advanced to the southern outskirts of Novotoretskoye. Fighting is underway on the approaches to Grodovka, where the Russian Armed Forces are expanding their zone of control in the area of the ruins of a brick factory.

– In the South Donetsk direction, the Russian Armed Forces are fighting in Konstantinovka and on the approaches to the T-05-24 highway, which is used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to supply the Ugledar garrison.
