Report on Violent Crime Falling in Major U.S. Cities Does Not Include NYC
2024-08-14
[Breitbart] A recent report about violent mostly peaceful crime dropping in major cities across the United States did not include data for the largest city in the nation.

Axios reported Monday that preliminary data from some major American cities showed violent mostly peaceful crime went down in the first half of 2024.

However,

the outlet’s article eventually said, "The Major Cities Chiefs Association’s preliminary data did not include New York City — the nation’s largest city — since it did not submit violent mostly peaceful crime numbers to the organization for the first half of 2024."
At this point NYC probably doesn’t have the staff to do the extra paperwork.
It is important to note that the association’s violent mostly peaceful crime survey showed the number of homicides reported by police in Los Angeles, Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,, had not changed from 155, while that number changed from 75 to 85 in Louisville, Kentucky.

In Minneapolis, the number of homicides rose from 29 to 31, while in Raleigh, North Carolina, the number rose from nine to 16.

President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing...
(D) and fellow Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
claimed in June that crime had taken a dip based on a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) report, according to Breitbart News.

the news outlet found that claim to be false because Biden and other Democrats failed to mention that thousands of police precincts were not reporting their data to the agency.

#6  You mean The Summer of Shove homicide rates? Down to nationwide riots and lawlessness levels is a win?

#5  Selling fentanyl is not considered homicide even though quite often the victim dies. In fact, they're dying at a rate of 100,000 plus per year.

But then, it might be interesting to see some of the stats for lesser crimes. Especially in California, the number for burglaries and shoplifting would be interesting although, since Prop 47, most incidents of shoplifting don't even get reported.

In 2022 - Of the 18,884 state, county, city, university and college, and tribal agencies eligible to participate in the UCR Program, 15,724 agencies submitted data in 2022. Which is only 83.2% reporting.

Then in 2024
Another FBI data link indicates 72+/-% of the law enforcement groups were participating in the collection. Or only 13,596 of 18,884 reporting.

It seems either certain Metro's want to hide their crime and demographic crime data. Or, it could be those police agencies were hit hard by "Defund the Police" also. ☺
