Never expect a Justice Dept, or the Rule of Law to be followed, when a Coup is in power. Because they own both and know they must suppress those exposing their unlawful acts.

#1  IIRC he has been under investigation for election finance law violations for some time- and there seems to be some substance to the allegations.
