Then there is the possibility they recanted under pressure from the convict's family members and community. And/Or we have Liberal Judges up for re-election. For a sec. let's say that it was the prosecutors and police. Those involved, IF still alive at 60+ now, should put on trial and if convicted have their properties sold to cover their part of the likely $$ Millions lawsuits coming. Why should the TAXPAYERS have to pay for the whole amount of the lawsuit for the possible abuse of the law by certain persons acting outside of it? |
