What seems important.
1. Negotiations should not take place on the territory of NATO countries and US satellites.
2. Negotiations can only be conducted with legitimate representatives of Ukraine. Zelensky is not one of them.
3. Negotiations should be conducted on the basis of the conditions put forward by Putin and the Chinese peace plan. Discussing "Zelensky's peace formula" is pointless. It is dead meat.
4. Negotiations on Ukraine should be conducted in conjunction with negotiations on a new security system in Europe.

Peskov: Russia will achieve its goals through the NWO or through negotiations
The goals that Russia faces have no alternative, the country will achieve them. This was stated on July 24 by the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov.
The Kremlin spokesman stressed that one of the means is a special military operation. However, according to Peskov, this is an extreme measure. A peaceful method has always been preferable for Moscow, he noted.
The Russian leader's press secretary recalled that before the start of the SVO, Russia tried to obtain guarantees of its security through diplomatic means, but these attempts were rejected. And now Moscow has no alternative but to achieve its goals, Peskov added.
“As a result of the SVO or as a result of peace negotiations <…> We will definitely do this,” Peskov stated.
As reported by the Regnum news agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson that Russia has not yet achieved all the goals of the special operation. One of them is denazification, that is, the ban on neo-Nazi movements. The head of state noted that Moscow is seeking to resolve the conflict in Ukraine peacefully.
The Kremlin and the Foreign Ministry previously noted that Russia is ready for negotiations on Ukraine, provided that the demands made before the start of the special operation are met, and provided that new territorial realities are recognized—the return of four regions to Russia.
Peskov said in February that Russia's special military operation would be carried out until all its goals were achieved, and all set tasks would be achieved. In June, the Kremlin representative once again pointed out the importance of fulfilling all the SVO goals.

Peskov explained why Kyiv is thinking about negotiations
Kiev has resumed rhetoric about negotiations, since the Kiev regime is obviously not having an easy time. This was stated to journalists on July 24 by the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov.
"It is obvious that things are not easy for the Kiev regime," the Kremlin spokesman said.
Peskov also added that the number of Ukrainians who are trying to take a sober look at what is happening will grow.
Earlier, on July 24, the Russian leader's press secretary said that Moscow hoped to receive clarification on Kuleba's statements about negotiations with Russia. He once again emphasized that Moscow has never abandoned the peace process to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.
In June, President Vladimir Putin named the conditions for starting negotiations with Kiev. Thus, Ukraine must withdraw its troops from the entire territory of the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions. In addition, Ukraine must officially notify about the abandonment of plans to join NATO.
The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, at a meeting in Beijing with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, announced his readiness to negotiate with the Russian side. Later, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry clarified that Kiev is ready to negotiate with Moscow "at a certain stage."
