Heavy fighting is going on practically along the entire front line in Ukraine. More than 900 combat clashes took place during the week.
In the Kharkiv direction, the occupiers carried out 79 attacks in the area of ​​the settlements of Sotnytskyi Kozachok, Hlyboke, Liptsi, Staritsa, and Vovchansk. This was announced by the spokesman of the General Staff, Dmytro Hutsuliak, on the air of the telethon.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the areas of Stepova Novoselyvka, Berestov, Pishchane, Petropavlivka settlements of the Kharkiv region and near Stelmakhivka of the Luhansk region. Defense forces repelled 62 attacks.
"On the Lymanskyi direction, defenders of Ukraine repelled 77 enemy attacks in the area of ​​the settlements of Grekivka, Makiivka, Nevske of the Luhansk region, Terny and Torske of the Donetsk region, as well as Serebryansk forestry," he said.
In the Siversky area, defenders repulsed 66 attacks by Russians in the area of ​​Belogorivka, Luhansk region, Verkhnyokamianske, Vyimka, Spirne, Ivano-Daryivka, and Klishchiivka, Donetsk region.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 60 attacks in the area of ​​Hryhorivka, Chasiv Yar, Kalinivka, Novy, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka settlements of the Donetsk region, where the Russians tried to improve their tactical position.
In Toretsk, the invaders made 123 attempts to break through the defenses in the Zalizny, New York, Southern, Northern and Toretsk regions of the Donetsk region.
In Pokrovsky, the defenders repelled 237 attacks by the occupiers in the area of ​​the settlements of Kalinove, Yevgenivka, Vozdvizhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Sokil, Umanske, Novoselivka Persha, Makarivka, Panteleimonivka, Yasnobrodivka, Netaylove, Karlivka, Lozovatske and Yuryivka.
In Kurakhivsk, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the Russians in the area of ​​Krasnohorivka, Georgiivka, Nevelske, Paraskoviivka, Kostiantynivka, where the enemy tried to break through the defense more than a hundred times.
Defenders repelled more than 25 attacks in the area of ​​Vodyane, Kostyantynivka, Makarivka and Urozhaine settlements in the Vremivsk direction .
In the Orykhiv direction, the Russians attacked the defenders' positions 34 times in the area of ​​Mala Tokmachka, Danylivka, and Robotyny, Zaporizhzhia region.
"In the Dnieper direction, the Russians do not give up their intention to dislodge our units from their occupied positions. During the past week, the occupiers launched 31 unsuccessful attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units. Last week, more than 900 combat clashes took place. During the last week, Russian terrorists attacked the positions of our troops and objects of civil infrastructure, 19 missile strikes, 549 airstrikes, in particular with the use of 749 anti-aircraft missiles, carried out more than 32,000 attacks, including about 850 with the use of rocket salvo systems," the spokesman concluded.
The weekly number of combat clashes decreased compared to the week before , when there were more than 1,000. At the same time, the number of battles increased in some areas: Kharkiv, Toretsk, Kurakhiv, Orihiv.
