| Secret Service shifts blame to local police for not securing Trump rally surroundings |

| [NYP] BUTLER, Pa. — The Secret Service blamed local police for failing to secure the rooftop from which gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump, insisting it was outside the perimeter the federal agency was tasked with protecting. Instead, securing and patrolling the factory grounds of AGR International Inc. — located about 130 yards from the stage where Trump was speaking Saturday — was the responsibility of local Pennsylvania police, Secret Service representative Anthony Gugliemi said, according to the New York Times. The Secret Service was only tasked with covering the grounds where Trump’s rally took place, with local police being recruited to assist with those efforts and secure the area outside the rally. |

| #6 Task and Purpose breakdown on the incident with maps. With examples and statements from other security and former USS members he thinks it is the USS shifting the blame to the locals. There were general fuck ups all around, but the USS knew about the suspicious guy and they should have had a couple sniper teams watching him and the second they saw the rifle, killed him. |

To facilitate the Civil riots and looting during elections. The Protection Team, or the H.R.T. are always in charge of the mission. Viewable L.O.S. areas are constantly double-checked. Locals are given duties, areas, and a 100% monitored joint comm channel. Besides, explain how there are multiple verified reports and supporting videos that the Shooter was seen as much as 5 to 10 mins and reported crawling on the roof by police, before he pulled the trigger. Like many have said. Given, the LSD's have failed to bring down Trump in the courts. Are they now using other means of needed to stay in power? |
